I decided to break the silence. “The city is beautiful.”. I said calmly. It really was. Especially since I hadn't seen it in months. It used to look so ordinary to me, now it felt like a breath of fresh air. I guess you really don't know the worth of something till you lose it. “Yes, it really is.”. He said calmly. I always wondered how and why he kept such a stoic expression. I had to admit though, it did make him look more attractive. I had to come to terms with the fact that despite his previous actions, this man was drop dead gorgeous! I really couldn't keep denying it.

Kent built it himself and surprised me as his gift on my thirtieth birthday. He knew how I adore flowers and nature and I am so delighted to accept it. "Okay, just watered them for me, Cas!", I ordered her and she nodded. I saw Eloisa raising her eyebrows at Cassandra. " I don't like her. She looks weird to me. I don't know but I just feel strange about her." She informed me but I just laughed at Eloisa and Gale and Kent heard her.

Even more when the woman in red, that was becoming a real pain in the ass, was starting to act like a stupid victim. The comments had reached their top and he was about to correct it all, but the microphone had left his hands. "Good evening," Thea smiled at the audience and suddenly everyone shut up. They won't be able to say that, at least, she was a great beauty and comparing her to Rose, she was even more gracious and fascinating. Not only her dress, figure, and smile but her elegance. Suddenly, Rose felt the same as in the school when she was being constantly compared with Thea and she always lost.

I desperately wanted to see her. I heard footsteps thudding across the floor sleepily, so I wondered if I had woken her, and suddenly the door opened. Bailey was standing there, a true vision in a small tank top and a pair of shorts. Her face held a sleepy expression, making me smile... and her hair in the mad mane of curls it turned into when she left it to dry naturally. The way she looked most beautiful in my opinion. “Is everything okay?” she mumbled sleepily. Shit, okay, I had woken her… “Is there a fire?”

I reached out and grabbed his chin softly, then tilted his face up so I could see him properly. I was shocked. Speechless. I did not expect this… this kind of beauty. My heart flipped, but I didn’t pay attention to it. His hair was a warm brown, slightly messy like he’d been running his fingers through it. His eyes were a deep, normal shade of green, but they held something that hit me harder than I wanted to admit. He was breathtaking in a quiet, unguarded way that most people in our world had long lost. Too bad I’m here for his sister, not him.
