I have run with Damian countless times since we were pups, but I have never seen his wolf look like this. The massive, midnight-black wolf that stands where the Prince just was is practically vibrating with a suffocating, unhinged Alpha aura. He is a nightmare shadow given physical form, his thick coat puffed out and bristling with static, making him look even larger and more lethal than usual. His eyes are glowing with that terrifying, radiant gold fire. He doesn't even look at us. He just turns and sprints deeper into the ancient woods, a streak of pure obsidian lightning.

alpha Rowan explains to all of us. "Any questions?" Alpha Aiden asks and none of us had any. "Great, I'll leave it to you beta," alpha Aiden says holding alpha Rowan's hand leaving us alone in the room with our beta.
