she blinked. Liam leaned down, kissing her tenderly on the forehead. "I'll tell you a story, and you'll fall asleep soon." Liam swiped the screen while his beautiful eyebrows knitted. "What kind of story would you like?" Gemma slowly closed her eyes. "I'll listen to whatever story you tell." "How about 'The Tortoise and the Hare' or 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs'?" "These are too childish," Gemma said with dissatisfaction, quietly opening her eyes.

"Er… that was to fend him off. I have promised to read you bedtime stories but I can't. But I can tell you a story of a little girl then." Beatrix nodded happily. Reading bedtime stories and telling good tales have the same effect; the only difference was a book in hand with pictures. "I'm all ears, big sis." "Alright." Lavana cleared her throat. "Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful girl named Pixie. She lived in a small community with her mom and dad. She had a wonderful playmate called Austin. His mom made very nice cakes. Pixie loved to go play with him every day. They went to the same school and sat close to each other

"And that was the story of Jack and the beanstalk," I smiled as I closed the book. I settled the book on the bedside table and returned to the little ones. "How was that for a bedtime story?" I asked as I looked at them from the top bunk to the pull-a-bed on the floor.

“Seriously Ashley, I might get upset if you go through my messages.” “Dumb boy messages, just let go of me, I don't care anymore.” “Promise?” “Yeah.” She scoffed and he did, she didn't try taking the phone again and he lay beside her. “You should be sleeping, it's late already.” “I know and am exhausted, but I can't seem to fall asleep. Can you tell me a bedtime story?” “Bedtime stories are for kids, not twenty-one-year-olds.” “Just tell me one.” “Okay, I don't really know much so how about I tell you the story of a demon who has lived for over a thousand years.”

She said in suggestion. Herzl nods and gets up from the couch. Ciara follows him to his bedroom, where he gets to change into his pajamas. Then they sit down on his bed and Ciara begins to tuck him in. As she does, she asks. “Do you want me to tell you a bedtime story?” “Yes, please…" Herzl uttered, his eyes already beginning to droop as he lay comfortably on his bed. Ciara thinks for a moment before replying. “I'll tell you the story of the three little pigs.” She enounced. Herzl's eyes light up, and he gives a sleepy grin.

I stepped back into the twins' room, feeling defeated, but I couldn't let them see the sadness on my face anymore. Their tears had stopped. I couldn't give them another reason to cry. "Who wants to hear a bedtime story?!" I clapped my hands, feigning the giddiness in my voice. They chorused, equally as loud. "Me!" They curled up in bed with me, and I began telling them a tale my mother always told me before bed when I was a child. It was about dragons, the magical creatures who could breathe fire.

He took a seat on the bed and cupped her cheeks into his hands.

But Willow, with her wide eyes and innocent curiosity, piped up, "Mommy, can we have a story before we sleep, please? A princess story!" She couldn't resist her daughter's request. Stories had always been a source of comfort for Willow, and Tessa couldn't deny her the solace they provided. "Of course, sweetie," Tessa replied, her voice taking on the cadence of a bedtime tale. "Once upon a time, in a faraway kingdom, there lived a strong and brave princess named Lily."

Alex fake a gasp as he stare back at me. Unlike her brothers, Cassy likes her bedtime stories and sometimes have a hard time sleeping if I don’t tell it to her. “How about I tell you that story pumpkin” Cassy gave a curt nod and he took he

"What story would you like to hear today?" Garret seemed to ponder for a moment before answering, "About Pinocchio?" Lyyana nodded and smiled. Lyyana then began to read a bedtime story from the book of 1001 bedtime stories. Lyyana was very good at reading stories; she played with her voice and tone, making Garret look so enthusiastic listening to the story she brought.
