Jewel walked towards The Blue House, a speakeasy bar hidden in a narrow alleyway. She approached the unmarked door and knocked twice. A small sliding panel opened, and a pair of eyes peered out. "Password?" the bouncer asked. Jewel felt a rush of excitement. This was the kind of adventure she had been looking for. She took a deep breath and said, "Rhapsody in Blue." The bouncer nodded and opened the door. Jewel stepped inside and felt like she had stepped back in time. The interior was dimly lit, with cozy seating areas and a bar at the back. Jazz music played softly in the background.

It stood upright, a towering rectangle of shimmering, violet liquid. It flattened. It solidified. It became two-dimensional. It became a Door. The battlefield fell silent. Germans and villagers alike froze, staring at the impossible sight. Inside the portal, Mwajuma was suspended, frozen in her fall. Her eyes were open, wide with terror, looking out at her brother. She reached a hand toward the surface, banging against the liquid glass. She was trapped between worlds. “Ressi…” her voice echoed, not in the air, but in the minds of everyone present.

And the floor was such a beautiful hand tiled floor with white and blue stone tiles you could tell it was delicately laid out.
