On the other side of the door stood a long, white hallway, fluorescent lights flickering down the length. Doors lined both sides and George walked past them with familiarity. Three-quarters of the way down, he stopped, turning to a door innocuously marked ‘office’. He knocked twice and waited for the door to open before tugging Zoe through.

As I spoke those words I burst out laughing again. He glared at me before started making his way towards the dingy entrance. I followed behind him as slowly my laugh died down. When I looked around us I realised how deserted the area was there was no building in sight and not even a vehicle in view. How this place supposes to be safe is beyond my understanding. We finally reached the entrance. There was a stained glass door with a dirty sign signalling to push. Jude pushed the door open and entered inside. I hurriedly followed behind him not wanting to touch that thing myself in case the door decided to close by itself.

Stepping back, I carefully examined the floor in this area, and soon realized that there was a movable trapdoor on this section of the floor. I crouched on the ground and ran my hand along the edge of the movable trapdoor. It didn't take long for me to find a button. I pressed it gently, and the door opened, revealing a dark staircase leading down to the basement. "Daisy, promise Mom that you'll stay up here, okay?" The sun-kissed cherry wood door shone with a warm glow from beyond its threshold and called to me, beckoning. My memory failed me on this occasion of my average-looking brown dorm room so I was unprepared for the sight that met my eyes. MJ walked through the wide hallway, all the way to the end where her old room was located, and she stopped in front of the white door that had a small notice board on it. Behind that door laid demons and monsters she was not yet ready to confront. She ran her fingers over the tiny black letters crawling on the brown background. It read: 'Live each day as if it were your last. Laugh, Love, and most importantly, DANCE!' She ran her fingers all the way down to the doorknob, with no intention of opening it, and then she turned around and walked down the hallway right opposite her room, to a door that was standing there all alone.
