I glared at the book till I was on my bed and the book never opened - maybe it is my illusion. I ducked myself into the sheets and this time I could hear the flipping of a book - The book. I was scared as hell because when I was still young, I read a lot of horror stories without the consent of my mother, Nahigra. I stared until the last flip of a page. Gradually and slowly as I can, I left my bed to see what my eyesight can't comprehend. To my surprise, it was still that same chapter and a phrase written in bold, "WHEN EVERYTHING GOES SOUTH, DO NOT GO NUT?"

I'm hiding in horror books because at least *there is fear that had shape and rules and endings.

I pressed them together and kept reading. The ground shook. A loud roar exploded through the library. Books fell from the shelves. The stone floor cracked open right in front of me. Hot wind rushed up and blew my candle out. I screamed and stepped back. My soft body jiggled with fear. Then he came out of the dark hole.

She wiped the sweat beads from her forehead and took a huge sigh of relief. “What the creepiest dream it was,” she said while shivering a little. She, wasting no second, threw the book on the table, and ran from the library like a person, as if mad dogs were chasing him/her. She came inside her room and within a second, jumped in the bed while hiding herself from head to toe.

Not the normal books that were upstairs. "These books contain everything you want to know about other realms and everything you need to know about different creatures. Including fearies." She says. "Are they in order of species or anything like that?" I asked. "Yes. Morda and the faeries are at the back. There are a lot of books that you will need to read. There's a lot more to that realm then anyone realizes." She says. "Is it dangerous there?" I asked. "It can be. It depends on how well you can behave yourself there." She says.

In 1983 a Mrs Carson of New York was laid out in our coffin, presumed dead of hear disease. As mourners watched, she suddenly sat up, alive as you or I. Unfortunately her daughter dropped dead of fright on the spot. I don't own any of this stories. I found them in some creepy books. I'm thinking of writing my own scary stories, but not anytime soon. When I got to the hidden library, I scanned through the shelves and took three books that were about history and ancient creators, put them in my bag and headed for the door. But just as I was about to place my hand on the knob, a crash echoed through the room. My heart leaped into my stomach the same time i turned around and the sight i saw before me made mew freeze to my bones./ It took everything, every single thing in me, to not scream and yell…perhaps it was because I did not want to draw unnecessary attention from outside, or maybe I was just too scared to move a muscle let alone screaming. What the fuck?! There was a weird creature - the scariest thing I had ever seen - staring at me

Even though I had wanted to drop this book and find another one that would be more accurate, I wasn't able to find another book back at home. Maybe there might be some in this castle? With the book in my hands, I walked over to the bed and sat at the edge. Placing my hand flat against the hard cover of the book, I traced it from top to bottom, wondering if I should continue reading or just stop filling my head with scary stories.

And somewhere in the shadows of my quiet apartment, something very old… stirred. I finally summoned courage to slam the book shut with a sharp snap that echoed through my quiet apartment. My heart was racing, skin flushed hot despite the cool rain still pattering against the windows. That invisible presence lingered in the air like heavy incense — thick, masculine, and far too interested. I couldn’t explain it, but every instinct screamed that opening that book any further tonight would be dangerous. “No,” I whispered to the empty room. “Not tonight.”

She began. For the first time, fear flashed in Sandra's eyes. "Wh-- What is going on, Mena?" "Oh, it's nothing to be scared of, please trust me, okay?" She rushed to reassure her friend. "O-Okay." Sandra still looked unconvinced. "Good. Do you remember those novels you like to read? Those ones where men turn into werewolves, vampires, and all those kinds of stuff?" "You mean my paranormal books? How can I ever forget about them? I have two in my bag as we speak." She paused, "But, what has that got to do with anything?"
