Darla’s POV I took my time in the shower, longer than necessary, hoping the water would rinse clarity into my head. A low growl came from the corner. Ciara looked up. Cory’s dark eyes were locked on her, sharp and hungry. Her game had only just begun. “Thank you, Daryl. I heard red is your favorite color,” she purred, sipping her juice.
