Love with a twist
For a moment, the beauty of the forest captivated me, distracting me from my sour mood.
"Everything here is so gorgeous," Priti said, her voice filled with genuine awe. I nodded in agreement. The forest, with its untouched elegance and natural charm, felt like it belonged in a dream.
But even the mesmerizing beauty couldn't entirely dull the sting of watching the people I cared about act like strangers—or worse, allies of my enemies.
I sighed, forcing myself to focus on the flowers.
"Love is the flower you've got to let grow," came a dramatic voice. I turned to see Virin kneeling on the ground, holding a bunch of flowers out to Siddi like some lovesick poet.
