He left the section I was in and after a few minuets returned with another book. He handed it to me and I studied it. It wasn't a book or author I knew. "I haven't read this one." I said. He said it so indifferently that I didn't know how to react.

One we were never supposed to go near. I stood slowly and walked toward the edge of the platform. The murals along the far wall caught the dim green light of the moss. Gods devouring gods. Time loops folding into knives. J stirred in his sleep. Spitfire muttered something in a dream. I stared out into the dark. And I whispered, "We’re not done yet."
