I kept thinking about how we got in here and fell asleep here but I couldn't really remember so I just ignored it. I pee and after that I washed my face then I turned my gaze to the mirror. I'm looking at my face when I noticed that there was something in my neck. My heart beat faster when I realized what it was. Shaking, I raised my hand to touch the one on my neck. "How did I get this?" My heart was beating fast and I felt like I was going to fall over. I was convincing myself that it was just a bite of a mosquito but no, it was a bite of a wolf. I slowly sat down on the bathroom floor and fixed my own hair.

I cried out to god for mercy, knowing there would be none. “You're an abomination,” I said, raging against his flesh. He laughed, venom dripping from his mouth. “Claim me as your own.” “I have!” “Do what you must.” “Stop being cryptic.” I screamed as the gall of death burned me. “Now, maggot!” he roared. He bit his wrist, pressed the black flow to my mouth. I drank- it banished my pain. “This is immortality. Bitter, isn't it?”

I crawled forward, shaking him, but his body had gone still. He was dead. Silence settled like a heavy blanket. My breathing came in short, shallow bursts. My hand throbbed violently, the bite now an angry red mark. I tore a strip of cloth from my undershirt and wrapped it around the wound, doing my best to stop the bleeding. I sat there for a long moment, trying to make sense of what had just happened. A man had turned from a wolf. He’d bitten me. Told me to protect myself. What kind of world had I just stepped into?

I refuse to die a humiliating death here! Something inside me snapped. There was no room left for fear or timidity; only the most primitive survival instinct remained, growling through my veins. Without a second thought, I opened my mouth and used every ounce of my remaining strength to bite down hard onto the back of the hand gripping my collar. I bit so deep that I could taste the metallic tang of blood welling up in my mouth.

“Besides… we could—” I raise my hand, making her halt. “How did you know it was bitten by something?” “It’s very clear… I mean, not to you guys, but it’s easy for me. His body is pale blue, his veins reddish-green, and he looked stiff, like he had been frozen before death. That’s not how humans die.” She pulls out an iPad from her coat. “Take a look at this,” she hands me the device. I roll my eyes. “Glad you got it,” she whispers, snatching the device back from my hand.

I paused when I saw the two soldiers on the floor; one dead, and the other had blood spilling out of his neck; he had been bitten. Daemon didn't die.

He bit into her neck deeply; I saw his hands scratching at her chest while biting further. I screamed as blood filled his mouth and ran down her neck. She screamed and tried fighting him off to no ability. She hit him and he grabbed her arm throwing it aggressively. The sound of shattering bones filling the room with her screams that started to die as well. I felt like I couldn’t look away, the dark one bit harder and ripped her throat out. I screamed louder in terror. Everything that was rushing back into my mind was the grizzly scene from my parents death.

Memories of her getting bitten by Liam and dying suddenly flooded her mind and she gasped again as her eyes flung open. She touched her neck, the spot Liam sank his teeth in, but it was bandaged. Her mother was watching her and she saw the fear in her mother's eyes as well. “Mum!” She exclaimed, gripping her mother's hand. “I… I was gone? Did… did I actually die?” She asked, tears already streaming down her cheeks. “Sweetheart…” Her mother was saying, but she spoke again. “How am I here? How am I still alive? I was bitten. He bit me. I died!” She wailed as her mother tried to pacify her.

Maybe things will be alright then . "It's not possible.. a vampire bite should be able to kill you.. any werewolf." He said with shock written all over his face . He was completely dumbfounded . "I am guessing by your dumbass expression you don't know what the fuck I am?" I told him. His expression was hilarious. Maybe he doesn't need death after all . I think it was all worth it for that expression on his face. I try to swear as less as I can in front of Alexis. I have even warned Michael about his language. But that pretty mouth of hers has got a lot of bad words waiting to confront me I bet .. As long as she forgives me though , it's fine .

She then looked at at him as she exclaimed, "How dare you!" "It's your surname though!" She slapped his arm and for a moment he lost control of the car but quickly recovered. "Shit..." Ashleigh breathed out as Damien chuckled nervously. "Sorry." "I swear if I died I would've killed you!" "How would you do that when you're dead?" "I'll possess you and make you commit suicide." Damien gave her a look. "Thats dark woman." "I love you too."
