Almost. ******** That night I was plagued by visions of lifeless, brown eyes, staring at me, filled with accusation. It didn’t matter how many times Max and Jonas told me it wasn’t my fault, in my heart, I knew it was. The girl, Ginny, must have been so scared, terrified. I knew that kind of fear. They said that she’d been tortured and bitten. What neither of them could ever truly understand, being born wolves, was that the bite itself, was torture; pure, unadulterated pain.

Lena dreamed of teeth. They sank into her neck again and again, dragging her down into fire. The pain was sharp, unbearable, but then it twisted into something else—heat spiraling through her body, curling in her belly until she writhed in the sheets, helpless. Shadows pressed close, golden eyes watching, a deep voice whispering mine, mine, mine. She woke with a gasp, clawing at her throat. Her skin was smooth beneath her fingers. No blood. No torn flesh. Just the phantom ache of his bite and a heat that burned beneath her skin as though her veins carried embers instead of blood.

I asked him raising my eyebrow.

He said and licked my wound. "Let go!" I shouted. I tried to get my leg away from his grip but I was unable to can. He held me firmly, and I couldn't move any part of my body more than my toes. "Let me out of here!" I said again, now with a shaky voice and with tears building in my eyes. I was irritated by what Dracula was doing to me. He was licking my blood with a satisfactory grin while I was there, feeling a mighty pain like poisonous needles were tugged into each tiny hole of my body.

Drex snapped. Provoked by rage, the vampire attacked from behind with blinding speed, sinking his fangs deep into Drex’s back. “Argh!” Tom and Bob’s eyes nearly popped out of their heads. They were overcome with dread, knowing a vampire's bite could infect its victim with the curse. With a single hand, Drex reached back, grabbed the vampire by the scruff, and slammed him hard into the ground. He then leaped up, raining down a barrage of lightning-fast kicks.

As his lips ruled my neck, my body started to burn and my strength began to waver. Am I thinking correctly? Are they really true? Why do I have to? "You're sweet..." My eyes were getting blurry. I can no longer see his face. I tried to slap him, but the last thing I saw was his lips with traces of my blood. "You're a vampire..."

The courage behind her eyes ignites an image of Justina in his mind. The only mortal who was courageous enough to love him. It infuriates him as his skin burns under Nightmare’s plunge. He sinks his fangs into Rachael’s neck and she screams in pain as his talons dig into her shoulder. His skin cracks as ash and blood flow from his wounds. The twins are fast to separate the dying Count from Rachael but it may be too late. Dracula begins to scream as he is swallowed in a fiery blaze. They drop Rachael to the ground as she wriggles in pain.

"Wait, Dracula." She looked at me timidly as if concerned about my well-being. "Look at Emily's hands. She's trembling. She must be afraid of the pain." She turned to look at me, voicing her suggestion, "Why don't I bite you directly? It won't hurt as much." Her suggestion caused a commotion around us. Allowing a vampire to suck the blood of a werewolf directly meant that the werewolf was being treated as a domestic pet. It was blatant humiliation.

Worst than a mosquito bite and those bitches hurt. "Didn't anyone tell you that biting innocent girls can get you killed?" The next thing I know, this guy throws the one that bit me, against a wall with one punch. How does someone have that much strength. Then again, I just witness a vampire and freaking bit me "Now, next time think twice. Goodnight." He said and then he grabbed the guy's head and ripped it off. I was trying to get some air but wasn't working. I was dizzy from him drinking my blood and what I just freaking witness today.
