POV: Rhea Mooncrest "Do you feel that, Queen? The way the sky wants to break for you?" Silas stood at the mouth of the cavern, his scarred silhouette framed by a sudden, violent flash of lightning. The storm had come out of nowhere, a tempest of black clouds and screaming winds that tore through the Whisperpine Forest. Rhea stood deep in the shadows of the cave, her breath hitching as the thunder rumbled in her very bones. The Hex of Desire, amplified by the raw, chaotic energy of the storm, was no longer a dull ache; it was a rhythmic thrumming in her blood that demanded to be answered.

Her fingers hesitated for a second before she tapped Blake’s name. The phone rang twice before a familiar voice—breathless and anxious—picked up. “Lydia?” Lydia let out a shaky breath. “Hey, Blake.” “Oh my goddess! I’ve been trying to reach you all day. I wasn't even sure I was breathing right at that point. I turned, ready to bolt and go take care of my nerves before opening doors but stopped short, staring into blue...blue? I looked up. I probably shouldn't have. Looking back at me impatiently was none other than Jason Clove himself. His bright brown eyes were... angry? He saw my confusion and closed his eyes, pinching the bridge of his nose and exhaling. When he opened his eyes, they seemed less angry, I guess. Without a word, he suddenly held my hand in his and pushed the door open with his free hand before I could object, and then I was being dragged inside.

I plug my ear phone and pretend not to hear them. “Sing with us Harold!” and they are now singing so loud that even if my iPod is at its highest tune I can still hear them. I guess I fell asleep in anger of their song, the last thing I heard is a scream and as I try to open my eyes, a blinding light were covering us. She doesn’t-- I mean didn’t wear anything else?” she asked, her eyebrows meeting in the middle confused. “Don’t tell me she’s one of those people…” “Yes, specifically black clothing. They’re hot in the day but you disappear in the night. That’s what she always said to me.” Krister disappeared in the back to get something whilst Rojean was left there to contemplate on her own how she was going to pull the act off if she was a bad liar herself.

His seething glare was pinned on him. "You will not manhandle her like that," Ryker bellowed angrily as Clovis's body fell to the ground. Riva regarded Clovis with a cocky smirk. Letting out a string of cuss under his breath, Ryker strolled off, feeling frustrated. He decided to check on the woman who was creating a ruckus among his clan.
