I see our warriors fighting the rogues. As I stare at the screens another chill rolls over me. Those are not all rogues. Some of them are warriors from my old Pack. They have come for me and managed to break through the borders. I look to another screen and see a large black wolf fighting. From the size, I assume that is Jackson. His wolf is stunning with a shiny black coat.

The warrior said with a smile, and Gregory tapped him twice on the shoulder. “It is such an honor to have the warrior wolves of the Dark Moon pack fighting by our side at these pressing times; with our forces joined, Blackburn won't stand a chance,” the alpha of the Grey Wolf Pack spoke. He was a middle-aged man with white, silky hair and a very muscular body. His physique was that of a soldier who spent most of his life fighting.

He rubs against me and licks my stomach while I giggle; yeah, definitely just a big puppy. I'm a little nervous as I call Tamisra forward. Alpha Gunther was pissed my wolf was black; typically, only Alpha wolves were black. In fact, I don't think there's ever been a recorded black wolf who wasn't an Alpha. She was so black she had hints of blue, which Alphas don't have, her aura was normal, and she was actually on the smaller side, so he dropped it. Stupid male egos are so fragile.

As soon as Shyfter said he ran with the Rogues, Rex's wolf emerged and melded with his human instinctively. "Whoa, Dark Alpha. Calm down. This is the result I spoke of before. You don't have the focus to control this. That's why we are here." Shyfter said. Seeing that Rex wasn't backing down or calming down, Shyfter had no choice but to show him what a blacked out wolf really looked like. Before phasing, Shyfter was a big wolf, after phasing, he was huge. Fur the color of a comet in the night sky, black eyes going red in an instant, he waited for Rex to charge. Shyfter didn't have to wait long. *Shyfter*

He was desperate to touch her soft skin, and the screams distracted him. Hearing those screams, he slammed the door open and came out hurriedly, fuming angrily. He saw a gigantic black cat whose mouth was loaded with fresh human blood. His hazel eyes were more scary and traumatic for him. He had never seen a black panther in his entire life. And the black cat sat on him.

I asked again. “I’m you.” The voice said. “I’m your wolf. I’m Nyx.” My wolf is a massive black wolf? And I don’t mean just the fur. Her eyes are completely black, the pads of her paws are black, her claws are black. Even her teeth are black. Not from decay either. She is the most solid black wolf I have ever seen. She is more massive and blacker than Aiden’s wolf. This doesn’t make any sense; I’m not an alpha. I thought only alphas got black wolves. “Nyx? How did you get in these chains? How long have you been here?”

My wolf turned around so fast I almost got whiplash. After a brief moment of rustling clothes and then cracking bones, I turned to see a black wolf with fiery red eyes. When he said he was a warrior wolf, I did not understand that he meant just that. As I stared at the wolf with pitch-black fur and not a drop of colour mixed in, I knew he had not exaggerated. Wolves of this coloring were well known for their strength, just as wolves like Ana were known for carrying generational wisdom.

She had the most perfectly manicured fingers. “I am not sure if we have met,” I said, shaking her hand. “No, I just got here a few moments ago,” she said. “Missed out on the wedding as well. I am Catalina, daughter of Alpha Juan of BlackRiver pack,” I frowned. I have heard of the BlackRiver pack before. “If I am not wrong, BlackRiver is the pack Asher went to train. In Spain?” I mumbled. Catalina nodded, the smile still lingering on her perfect full lips.

But he did not exert his real strength out of fear that he might hurt me. I refused to get up. When he realized he could not push me off, he tilted his head back and simply gave up. I had only ever heard that the black wolf lineage was the most loyal to their mates, but I had not expected it to be this appealing. He looked so fierce, yet he was surprisingly mild-mannered. In the previous timeline, I had chosen Marin and spent several days persuading him before he finally agreed to form a bond. That ungrateful carp had a foul temper and was extremely spoiled.
