Sephora turned back to face the table, observing the placements set before the lovingly polished oak chairs. She marveled at the table itself. Deep mahogany, with shades of brown, amber and cherry, swirling to make the grain of the flat surface - polished enough that it mirrored the glittering mass, that was the crystal chandeliers that were suspended above it. She looked up to the head of the table, to the seat where Ambrose usually sat, and then cast her gaze down, to the other opposing end of the table, that had now unofficially become her seat.
