I walk into the banquet room with Faulk holding my arm, as I lean into him taking in all the people around the huge table in the middle of the room. Long curtains hang everywhere from the high ceilings. Deep purples with gold and teal. It’s absolutely amazing, it almost looks as if the ceiling was sparkling like the stars in the sky past all the rich drapery. The table elaborately set, looking at the cutlery and plate stacks I nearly fell over. I vaguely remember reading an article in an old magazine, saying in a dinner party you always use the utensils from the outside in….or was it from the inside out….I sigh! This is not gonna go well, I fidget.

Carrying the trays with my hands, I walked to the dinning room and placed them on the dinning table. There was nothing much in the dinning room except for a medium-sized dinning table and four high chairs. A drawer was placed in a corner of the room. On top of it was a ceramic bowl filled with sweets and candies. Right beside the bowl was a cheeseboard and a cheese knife. The dinning table was covered with a blue tablecloth made with wool. Objects and materials like salt cellar, carafe, napkin, cutlery and two mugs were neatly arranged on the table.

The room's lighting was carefully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, with strategically placed lamps and sconces. "Will you do the honor of telling them that or should I?" Jennifer asked with a chuckle, a note of playfulness emerging in her voice. The room's dining table was impeccably set, with fine china and silverware, ready for a formal dinner that would now have to wait.

Mr Cater asked with his palms wide open before them. "Of course," Madeline replied and let them out with a smile. The trio traced their steps to the dining table downstairs. The maid asked Tabby who was watching the backs of her lover and sisters. “Yes, can you russel me some dill pickles and ice cream?” Tabby asked, to the surprise of the maid. “I’ll see what I can do, Misstress.” The maid said and left to retrieve Tabby’s request. Blake and the two sisters arrived at the dining room, where the House Leader’s Chair was arranged at the head of the round dining table. The elegant, long mahogany table used for guests had been replaced with a round elderberry wooden table. The chairs were of the same material but with leather seats and backs. This was the table of judgment.
