The steering wheel shook and Kaden grunted, trying to control it. “Stop whatever you’re doing!” he barked. “I’m not doing anything!” I yelled back, my hands now glowing brighter. My heartbeat was so loud I could barely hear anything else. My whole body felt hot, like fire was running in my blood. Then suddenly windows shattered all at once and the car spun slightly and then stopped with a loud screech. Kaden was yelling something, but I couldn’t hear him clearly anymore. Everything around me felt muffled and my ears were ringing very loudly.

I cursed, smacking my fist angrily on the steering wheel. Just need to check what the problem is out front. I run a hand through my hair and pull the door open, stepping out. I notice the strange pressure in the air, the wind ruffling my hair and blowing it into my face. I ignore it all and round the car to the bonnet. The metal groans as I pull it open and scan the engine. Truth is, I don't know where the problem is coming from. I touch a few wires and assess the battery. I hope that works.

Short circuit?” “Could be the battery, or just a glitch,” he said, easing off the accelerator. “I’ll slow down and pull over.”

I told Crystal and she nodded. "Drive safely okay?" She said and pecked my cheeks before walking off. I went to the garage and got into my car and started it before driving out. I noticed that the car was different and the wheels were shaking but I didn't put much thoughts to it. I was still riding on a normal speed when I suddenly saw a trailer coming on the same lane as me and I marched the brake but it was glazed, I kept on hitting it til I almost got to the trailer and when I hit it next, all I heard was a loud bang!
