He had tried everything from charming me, and now it seemed he was sinking to lower levels. I had not blocked his number at the start, because I hadn’t been able to bring myself to do it. Clinging on to what we had. But reading his message turned my stomach. He was disgusting, and this could not carry on. And with a simple click, I blocked his number, knowing this was not going to stop while he could continue to contact me. And with that, I dropped my phone into my bag.

"Not answering my calls? You just withdrew the application, and now do you want a divorce again?" The message sending failed. He discovered that Amelia had blocked him.

Her phone chimed again, lighting up with another message. Unknown Number: We should talk. You owe me that much. Her heart sank. Chloe knew she no longer owed him anything. She promptly blocked the number and deleted the message without hesitation. Tossing the phone onto the coffee table, it felt as if the phone were burning her fingers. Determined, she refused to let the past disrupt her life once more.

I held her closer to me and brushed her hair back. "It doesn’t matter what he thinks. It’s over, and I’m not going to let him get to you. I promise. You are home and safe now. We aren’t going to see him anymore." I took her phone and looked up his contact. "We are going to block him right now." I clicked the button and blocked his contact.

“When I told him… he stopped answering my calls.” Anita scoffed immediately. “Of course he did.” “I went to his apartment,” Grace continued quietly. “They told me he traveled.” “And you believed that?” Anita snapped. “I tried calling his number again,” Grace said. “But it won’t connect anymore.” Anita leaned back in her chair and shook her head in disbelief. “He blocked you,” she said bluntly. “That idiot blocked you.” Grace said nothing. Anita ran a hand through her hair, frustration rising quickly.

I said, tapping on my phone. “Block it?!” She yelled. “Keep your voice low, weren’t you the one that wanted it Lowkey?” I asked as I used my hand to demonstrate a shushing display. “Oh, sorry, but blocking the number?” She asked again in a lower voice. “Yeah..since I can’t really report it, I’ll just have to block the number, whoever that person is, he’s harassing me or whoever he wants to harass, I’m tired of it” I said.

Even here, 30,000 feet in the air he was still interrupting my life. I clutched the phone tightly, tried to keep myself in check, I deleted the number and blocked him. No matter how many numbers Feign uses I would block them all.
