The Bodyguard's Secret
All I needed to do was play some more then hand the gun over to him.
But… I had already pulled the trigger, and I didn't know how to stop it!
My hand was already feeling heavy, and my finger slipped, releasing my hold.
Shit.
In one swift motion, Ethan grabbed my waist and pushed me to the floor. The bullet hit a case which sent the glass flying everywhere. My head hit the porcelain tiles, while the gun slid out of my hand.
Ethan lay on top of me, his hand still around my waist.
“Shit, my head hurts. Isn't a bodyguard supposed to protect his client?” I whined pushing him away.
