But when the owner of the race course offered them a free tourism experience of the place, that is when things got riveting. Melissa kept sticking next to Oneil while inviting him to interact with the choicest horses from the stables to the field. Melissa was supposed to recommend an Arabian horse named Damian the Magnificent but the staff informed her that someone is already designated to have this horse today. “I’m sorry for that Oneil. I’ll recommend another,” Melissa said and they headed to the further parts of the stables where more horses are ready for the call of the daybreak. Melissa was a few more steps away from Oneil.

All the horses were parading around the race track, the jockeys on their backs. “I’m actually not sure,” I said, turning to Dillon. “Which horse is mine?” Dillon pointed to a gorgeous horse with a deep brown coat. “That one, right there,” he said. “His name is Mercury.” Dillon explained that Mercury had been one hell of a race horse in his prime. But he was nearing the end of his racing career. This would be one of his last races. Then he’d be moved to a stable for retired race horses about an hour outside of the city. I’d be able to go and visit him whenever I wanted. I could even learn how to ride him if I wanted.

" The representatives were shocked in awe and gasped as Don Ambrosio isn't known to give compliments so easily. I saw Diane's face turn red as she gritted her teeth. "Daddy, I don't think there was anything special on what she said." Dianer furrowed her brow. She looked at Catherine with dark eyes, but she averted her gaze in shame. I curved my lips slightly as I sat down confidently. My colleagues close to me quietly congratulated me. "That idea was truly brilliant, so I guess Rainora won the bet." Nikolas grinning while looking at Diane. The demeanor in the room changed as Don Ambrosio had a concerned look on his face, " What bet is he talking about, Diane?" He asked in a sharp tone.

He’s just wearing a simple shirt, but it did not diminish how good his looks are. “Can you go with her, Jax?” asked Dione’s mother, Dianne. Dione was about to speak when Jax preceded her. “Sure, Ma’am Dianne,” Jax replied politely. Embarrassed, Dione didn’t speak to say that it was just okay for her to go alone. AFTER their breakfast, Dione immediately took a shower for them to go to her university. She’s currently at a 3rd year of college, taking up Bachelor of Science in Anthrozoology.

Diane lowered her head, her lips pressed into a thin line, but her shoulders shook slightly under my mum’s touch. "Do you know the worst part, Mum and Dad?" Diane’s voice cracked as she spoke. "The woman he’s seeing isn’t just anyone. It’s his ex-wife, the slave he was mated to and rejected because of me. And now…" Her breath hitched as she fought back tears. "Now he’s all over her!" "What?!" Mum gasped as Diane’s words had physically struck her. Her face twisted in disbelief. "Please don’t tell me she’s talking about that… that dirty brat from years ago!"

Stephan went back to his seat, still not looking at Winny. “Did you say you are my brother? Do you know my family? My mom? I saw two sisters, but I never saw a brother. You have to tell me, please!” Winny said every word with desperate need while I sat confused. She said she had seen him before. There are things Winny wasn’t telling me. Diane…that was the name on the scroll. Diane White. I knew Winny had some kind of special power, but…being a White?

“The assistant!” Kobe stepped back and shook his head as he looked at his son. “We all know that he is always with the assistant because Vincent has her watching her every move.” “Dad, listen to me.
