At that moment, Sophia walked in with a small bag of purple wolfsbane powder. Her lips twisted into a cruel grin as she said, "Last chance. Sever the mate bond and leave the Shadow pack." Having said that, she scattered the powder over my wounds. Pain tore through me, and I screamed, my mouth tasting of blood. "Never!" I spat blood on her face. Sasha POV The cold that runs through out my body is one I've never felt before in all the years I've lived in the always chaotic city of Portland Oregon. I open my eyes being met with a darkness I've also never known and it chills my already chilled bones. If it wasn’t for the fact that she knows werewolves don't exist, she would've thought that the book in her hand was documentation instead of a novel. Flipping through the pages of the book, she noticed that there wasn’t much story into it. Almost like a book of the introduction of various characters. However, there were things in common. Most of them have the surname Bane and they were all werewolves here Reaching the far end of the book, she curiously touched the remains of the ripped pages of the book. Someone must have torn it accidentally, but based on how ragged the edges were, she quickly nodded her head, it must have been intentional. But why?

In just a few moments, everyone had come together to distribute the bones of the mouse. Alex noticed faint bone patterns on the mouse bone demon as well. They weren’t golden but a whitish-grey instead. He could tell that the power within these bone patterns was far less potent than the ones on Shirley, let alone any of the bone patterns of those two gigantic bone demons he encountered. Zendaya handed Alex a bone, which consisted of five bone patterns. It was considered one of the bones that had more patterns than the others. The patterns seemed to be made out of a rare type of language.
