It contained a single book. “Woah! This is crazy,” Roger whispered. Lazarus walked up to the book, it was in a glass protective casing. “You didn’t know this was here, did you?” Velma asked. “No, I didn’t,” he clarified. Lazarus inspected the book. “What is it?” Nigel demanded. “It’s so beautiful,” Clarke admired. Lazarus gulped when he realized what it was. “It’s the Book of The God’s.”

I cough when it raises a puff of dust into the air on its way. “I gave you all the ones with more pictures,” Roger murmurs, closing his book and reaching for his next as well. “Wanted to make it easy on you.” My mouth drops open in a little outrage at his implication there but then I see the upturned corner of his lip. “Liar,” I say, smiling down at my book as I open the cover. The title page reads A Complete History of the Cults of the Dark God, 1862. “You just didn’t want to get your hands and clothes dusty touching all these old ones.” Passively, I gesture to my clothes – which are indeed covered in a light layer of grey library dust.

The book lslowly floated into place in the prophecy section. Cornelia left the ball and floated over to the prophecy section. The book was there as was shown in the crystal ball. She picked it up and held it in her hands. All by itself, the book opened to a page where the sea dweller was highlighted. Cornelia read through the page. She couldn't believe her eyes. In the end, I chose to ignore it and continued my journey to search for the book that I wanted. I began to pause at one section because it seemed like the book could be there with all the similar genres. I started flipping through the books since it didn’t seem like the book I was looking for was here. But I still didn’t want to leave the place because there were so many potential books that seemed interesting enough to read. After completing the task, I pour myself another drink and head to the library to gather all the books that discuss prophecies. As I walk through the shelves of the library, I can feel the weight of the books in my hands. I scan the titles, searching for any that might hold the answers I seek. My eyes land on a thick, leather-bound tome with the word "Prophecies" etched in gold on the cover. I pull it from the shelf and flip through the pages, my heart racing with anticipation. As I read through the ancient texts, I begin to piece together the clues that will help me unravel the mystery of the prophecy. Hello faithful readers, After discussing with my editor about my story"The Possessive Alpha," I have decided to make some changes to this story's prologue. I will be eliminating the first prologue chapter and will be changing the POV of the second prologue to Elle's POV. I will also make some small edits (mainly grammar and name continuity) throughout the chapters to ensure the story flows nicely and that there are no major plot holes. I will continue to update chapters as I make these changes as well.

It was also creepy but I was interested and there I read a weird story that I realized was talking about me. "The young boy Maximus found a book on his dad's bookshelves. He found the book of a wizard. There, he found nothing inside, but words will be started to form as he was unaware of the magic that hides in it," I read the prologue and it made me freak out. It was talking about me, so I was confused about why this book is strange. I tried to share it with my brothers but they are uninterested in books except for Enzo, who didn't believe me when he saw nothing from the book. He called me a liar and a freak.
