I was not the Crimson Priestess and even though I wasn’t sure what that entirely meant to me or the pack itself I would not allow Melina to tarnish that. I started looking at Rogan’s computer and the few books it seemed he had read to get information about who I might be. The idea of him looking at all of these items made me feel good that he cared that much. I picked up the first book which was written by a fellow wolf as it had far too many details about where wolves might be located at. I followed the geographics of the writing and realize that the Cresent Moon Pack couldn't be further than a few days away from us if traveling by wolf. That made the idea of an attack now hard to believe.

Prologue Everything in life must come to an end. That is the way and how it must be. For example, war, a war that has raged for centuries, will eventually end. Both sides may not want a solution, but it is like everything in the universe. Among the magical world of monsters, a baby is born who will change the fate of the war amongst vampires and werewolves. Over the centuries, the clans morphed into mafias with strong ties to tradition. One tradition is no crossing of the species of wolf and fang.

Prophecy - When the gods vanished, they left their powers behind. That power was supposed to be used by those that came after them. For thousands of years, people believed the prophecy had been fulfilled with the coming of Aurelio's Borealis in the year of the eclipse when the sun disappeared and the moon became the new sun. It is said that a child will be born with a great destiny. The destiny coin will be used by this child to take back the glory of the gods.

I also slowly lowered my sword and demanded her for the reason of her presence before me. "I have come to give you this, your highness. I know you will use what's inside here sooner or later." She said handing a little booklet to me. The moment I reached for it she disappeared into thin air, only leaving behind the booklet she gave me. When I skimmed through the contents of the unknown booklet, I found hope by the end of it. I found the spell that I needed all this time. A spell that may be able to bring back everyone's happy and glorious lives.

I have now come to the end of book one of my Cursed by the gods series. It has been a long journey I'm not gonna lie. I lost commitment along the way of writing this book, lost inspiration, even changed the plan I initially had for it. I am really glad that I got to finish it and if you stayed till the end I just want to say thank you for even choosing this book in the first place. I will start with the second book as soon as possible and do my best to make that one better. I hope I have been able to tell you a good story dear readers and once again I thank you for reading Cursed by the gods. Thank you.

so not ALL of the cliffhangers are my design ;) Thank you all so much for following for so long. I published the Prologue for this book on April 4th 2023. We have been at this for a year now and it has been a real journey to say the least. I appreciate each and every one of you!!

I watched as the book absorbed the blood leaving no stains or traces of any blood. “No way!” I watched in amazement as the book glowed and words began to appear on the pages of the book. As the words completely appeared, I began reading the content on the pages. It was more of a history book than anything else. Looking at the couch, I grabbed the ottoman and pulled it up next to the left side of the couch and made myself comfy. I will probably be here awhile.
