Books About Incubus Novels & Stories

"You are incinerating me." "Nope." He shook his head. "You must have confessed to the incidents." "LFA? Really? ”The group had crushed it after they brought this plague of proles over humanity two years ago. “It seems a few of them have banded together again, only their goals have shifted drastically. You feel responsible for these beasts for setting them free. Not that that would be a mistake in their eyes, but somebody has to protect these poor creatures from monsters like us. "He bit off a piece of his bun and then said with his mouth full:" I caught it this morning at the boss's by chance. "

Department Rumors💦🫦 The department chair’s words hung in the air like a threat as the meeting ended. "Lucas, we need to talk about some rumors going around about late nights in your office with Ava." Professor Elias, Lucas, met my eyes across the conference room table, a slow, dangerous smile spreading across his face. The other faculty members were already packing up their notes, chatting casually about the upcoming semester. No one seemed to notice the tension crackling between us. But I did. I felt it in the way his gaze lingered on me, in the way my thighs pressed together under the table, still sore from the night before.

Daniel, standing behind us, closed his eyes. The immediate problem was a survivor who wanted protection without testimony. The worse problem was that incense was low. Nobody had the luxury of naming the threat neatly. People argued in fragments, moved furniture, counted children, checked wounds, and made ugly little bargains with their own courage. My power worked best when I slowed down enough to ask who benefited from panic. Ava's worked best when she refused to let panic become policy. Ava did not look back at him. "Why?" "The Corpse Groom is a rare vessel. Betrayal, remorse, love, legal entanglement. Excellent storage capacity."

Shoving his hand away I growled, “Watch your tongue, Faro! If my heart starts beating, I will be brought back to hell to face Lucifer, and he will cast me into a fiery pit.” Rolling his eyes Faro exhaled deeply and said, “Lucifer has plenty of other incubus to feed him energy. You're not that special, Eros. You just tried to screw his daughter Rebekah on her wedding night…oh shit I guess he would still hold a grudge.” “I don't even care about that. I enjoy being here. I don't have any worries except now for Kryoz and that female that makes me feel strange,” I complained, making him shake his head at me.

This was what had been locked away. The humans above had forgotten what an incubus really was. A thief of breath, a devourer of virtue, a patron of nightmares. Older than the church bells, older than the kings who built this kingdom. The students whispered of monsters at the edges of their dreams. They did not realize their monster was directly beneath their feet.

"Waiting online — does ANYONE know a way to make someone's heart soften instantly without exposing my identity?" "Or any method to make her accept what I am would work too. [crying emoji]" I stared at the word "incubus" on the screen, then re-read OP's pathetically humble tone, and snorted. The lengths people went to for clout these days. The comments section was even better. "You're a MALE incubus? Didn't that species go extinct ages ago because they couldn't control their urges? I thought only female ones were left." "Actually, male incubi are rare but they do exist. And the ones who survived are devoted to a fault — once they choose a mate, they're more loyal than a golden retriever."

I wasn’t going to fight people who don’t actually want to be fighting. Which is why I stayed with the convoy and went into town. I was pleased to arrive at the Incubi town hall. Odd that they don’t have a packhouse, but okay. Especially when a gorgeous blonde greeted us. “Welcome to Incubi. I’m Zoe Petridis, daughter of our Beta.” She introduced herself before gesturing to the older version of herself, though with a different shade of blue eyes. “And this is my mother, Beta Isadora Petridis.” I rather like her voice. The accent is hot.

“I’d like to know what’s going on as well.” “As you know, Crista and I have been researching the change in our mark.” Papa began. All eyes were now focused on him. “Today, we had a breakthrough. Crista discovered an old book in my study. It showed our mark and the wolves that we have seen in our dreams.” He continued. “The wolves are ancient spirits, the founders of the Incubi Pack. Known as Darkness and Light, amongst many other names. Their reincarnation has not been a typical one. Apparently, they act as the third spirit in their latest incarnation or host as Light called us.” He sighed.

Carla and Travis watched from the sidelines, hands clasped. “We did it,” Carla said, her voice steady. Travis nodded. “And we’re just getting started.” The scars remained, but they were no longer wounds. Dave, Carla, and the other victims were healing, not just surviving but thriving, their journeys a testament to resilience, love, and the unyielding power of talent reclaimed. ----- This marks the end of the Burning Embers: Scorching Tales of Desire. Compiled short story arcs now made their way to their ends. See you next time. There'll be more ahead. Thank you!

She gently pulls her hand away from Adam, placing it back at her side. “So what is an incubus doing in the Fae Realm?” I ask him curiously. Adam lets out a deep sigh, his fingers moving to run through his luxurious locks. Incubus were some of the best looking creatures you could ever hope to look at, and this man was no exception. Every pore of him oozed sex appeal and in another lifetime would have made for a very interesting bedmate. “I got trapped her a long time ago.” He says, a frown appearing on his face. “I have lost track of how much time has passed.”
