Devil’s Saints: Taz

Devil’s Saints: Taz

“They don’t like it when I say I’ve already been there.” “Hard to go somewhere you don’t believe in.” He mused. “True statement.” She agreed. “I pulled a few books for you. Don’t feel like you have to all of them. Or even any of them.” “I appreciate this. I’m not sure what to think about all of this.” “The woman? The feelings you have? Or the gifts she has?” Giving her a wry smile, he asked, “Do I have to pick just one?” “Absolutely not.” Ciara shuffled the books and pulled one out, handing it over. “This one is about ghosts. I also pulled a few about white covens.”

Married To The Devilish Billionaire

Married To The Devilish Billionaire

My voice was firm but not unkind. She looked barely younger than me—maybe by a year or two. But then again, I wasn’t old either. Twenty-two hardly made me a woman grown, yet my mother had made me feel ancient the moment I turned eighteen. Like youth was something I had lost the right to claim too soon.

The girl with fire bones and other stories

“2020” “You just said 2020 not 1920, you know what men want so give it… you don’t want your husband going after other women right? So stop tying wrapper at home, make it an objective to seduce him all the time, torment him with your good looks so that even when he is in his office he would be thinking about you. When he sees sexy ladies outside he would remember he has got something like that at home waiting for him… and even if you choose to tie wrapper there are ways to do it for his mind to explode”

HIGH SCHOOL LIFE

HIGH SCHOOL LIFE

She gave me two books, and she asked me to read them if I had challenges concerning any of my teen problems. I was happy she showed that concern. At least, she was feeling guilty. One way or the other, it also shows she cares, "Andrew paused for a while, as he glanced slightly at both of them. "Books? Did they help you in any way?" Miguel asked "Trust me when I say it was probably the best set of books I ever had in my possession. It talked about various challenges and problems in both teenagers and youth. The title of the book is YOUNG PEOPLE ASK VOLUME 1. It also has a volume 2.

"That's tots fabulous! Isn't Ms. OG just amazing?" "Like tots! I can't believe she started writing only a few months ago!" "Me neither. But I'm glad she did." I pretended to surf through a pile of books when the two teens passed by still giggling. I gathered the books I'd already found and went around the rack to the isle the girls had been at, trying to find what they thought worth bragging. Unsurprisingly, I ended up in the erotic section. "Of course." I shook my head, what else could a bunch of teenage girls be giggling about? "Been there, done that."

Very much enjoyed this story! Great dialogue, characters & storyline. Did not drag out with ridiculous plot twist or misogynistic action against the female lead. Plot was whimsical, but nicely done. No excessive, but stupid chapters. Kudos to a job well done! Thanks!

I couldn’t put this book down and read it in a day. It was compelling, the characters were well written, and I loved the FL (by the end). Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!! I’m going to read more by this author, for sure!!

BORN A SHE-WOLF

BORN A SHE-WOLF

Not knowing what to do within the four walls, sitting under the tutelage of two friends, she spent time reading books. The library is large and caters for every taste, from historical novels to mysticism, 20th century literature and Sherlock Holmes antiquarian collections, the first as far back as 1902. But no matter how much I liked to dive into the worlds of the authors, I was haunted by a thick layer of dust on the shelves and books. I decided to do something useful and clean these treasures from years of dirt.

Mancini's Way

Mancini's Way

"So tell me Cierra how is it that someone as gorgeous and smart as you are is still single?" "I could say the same of you." "Yeah but it's different for me, we tend to get hitched later in life whereas the female of the species start seeking hearth and home much sooner; so what's your story?" "Nothing to tell really I've just always been more focused on other things, I guess it's just not that important to me right now." 'I guess that's understandable, what're you twenty two twenty three?" "Almost twenty four."

Desire (Wish, Book Two)

Desire (Wish, Book Two)

My eyes turn into slits. She ignores my comment, bulldozing on, “If you want to succeed in this camp, maybe stop trying to get the attention of the male students. It’s not very attractive.” I stare at her, “I’m sorry. When did you go and become my mother?” Her small smile slides from her face and she takes a step forward. “I’m just saying this for your benefit.” “Are you?” My lips curve, coldly. “Trust me, if I need some advice from a girl two to three years older than me, I’ll seek you out. And I would like my note back, please.”

Wedding And Wolves

Wedding And Wolves

Sarkhan is laying on my bed reading a… book? I don't own any books though… Oh! My eyes bulged out and my mouth dropped, give me a break! The title was 'What your mother didn't tell you about being a woman'. It was a sex, hormones, and masturbation guide my mother had given me when I was 17. Like a frenzied animal, I hopped and leaped to snatch the book but he is faster to raise his arm above my head. "Your mother didn't tell you many things." He smirks down at me as I've landed half on his lap.

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

She had really outdone herself, decorating the place in emerald green and light blue, in our pack colors. And I really had to stop saying pack, because we were no longer a pack, we are an Empire. So would that make me an empress? I guess it’s the same thing as a queen. I stopped and spoke with councilman Smalls and councilwoman Cindra. Both were polite and councilwoman Cindra had let it slip, how impressed she was with the progress I had made at such a young age. “For a twenty-year-old, you have accomplished so much; I personally have invested in the pharmaceutical company in Avon Wilts. Did you know Chandra’s mother and I went to school together?”

JWGStout has done it again! I loved the story and character development. The story really is a roller coaster, and I’m so happy for Lamia! But there are so many questions at the end, and so many opportunities for the other leading characters. I can’t wait to get into the next 3 books!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.
