Whispers of Stardust: A Cursed Destiny

Whispers of Stardust: A Cursed Destiny

"There are things in Moonhaven's history that are better left in the past. But sometimes the past doesn't stay buried." She turns to leave, then pauses at the door. "There's a book you should read. In your father's collection, I believe. 'Convergent Histories of Coastal New England Towns.' Dreadfully dry title, but... illuminating content." With that cryptic recommendation, she's gone, leaving me staring after her, the bell's chime echoing in the empty shop. I've catalogued every book in this store, including my father's prized collection of local history. I've never seen that title.

Choked And Claimed By My Brother’s Best Friend

Choked And Claimed By My Brother’s Best Friend

“We go to the big Barnes & Noble. You buy every single book you want.” “First of all, we would go to The Strand. Shop indie. Second of all, no.” “I’m offering to buy you booksandlet you drive. Do you really want to spend the rest of your life within a 50-mile radius of Boston?” “Doesn’t even matter.” I sank back in my seat, my hands wrapping around each other in my lap. My thumb itched to dig into my skin, to stop my thoughts from plummeting down the hole that was the inevitable finish line of this. Constance Montana would vanish from public life. I’d stop seeing Alonzo . There was no next month for us. Cape Cod had been a blip. Two days of forgetting the outside world existed. But it did, a

The bad boy craves me

The bad boy craves me

"You guys have got to be kidding me!" I was at complete and utter shock at the house that stood before me. "Are you guys playing some sort of joke on me or something? Because there's no way you guys could've afforded this place to rent?" I knew houses in Boston was fairly expensive. Well it was indeed the hub of all social life and it's where the best restaurants, book stores and cafes are. I knew this because I read up a lot about Harvard and it's surrounded territories.

There are A LOT of errors. And you can tell English isn't this Authors first language. The translations are off. BUUUUUT that didn't stop this book from being absolutely amazing. I am so glad I stuck it through. I feel none of the intimate scenes should have been skipped or shortened. Great Story

MARINA I ducked as my mother threw her plastic bowl at me. It missed my head by a few inches. Milk and cheerios splattered all over the wall and the floor. Great…I was already running behind and now, I’ll definitely be late for my first day. I share a dingy little house with my mother Leslie, in this small town in Massachusetts. I’ve always dreamed of moving out and finding my own place, but I didn’t have the heart to leave my mother behind. At least, not yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

I stumbled upon 'Massachusetts, The Bay State' a few years ago while browsing a used bookstore, and it reminded me of those classic regional histories that dive deep into local culture. It’s not just a dry recitation of facts—it’s got this nostalgic charm, almost like flipping through an old photo album. The way it blends historical events with anecdotes about everyday life in Massachusetts makes it feel personal, like you’re hearing stories from a grandparent.

If you enjoy books like this, you’d probably love 'New York: The Empire State' or 'California: The Golden State.' They share that same mix of history, geography, and local flavor. For something more narrative-driven, 'The Devil in the White City' captures a specific time and place with gripping storytelling, though it’s darker in tone. Regional histories like these are perfect for travelers or anyone who loves soaking up the vibe of a place without leaving their couch.
