The liquid inside gleamed, too viscous to be wine. A massive couch rested against the far wall, carved with intertwining shapes that looked floral. Until the flickering light revealed the truth. Skulls, serpents, and curling thorns wound through the design, stretching and turning like they were alive. The cushions gleamed as if slick, absorbing the unnatural glow in a way that made them look wet, freshly stained. As she stepped forward, she stared at the towering shelves that loomed along the walls, crammed with books bound in cracked leather and strange tools. Jars of unknown murky substances swirled, while others stayed still as death. There was no dust, no disorder.

Walking inside, she grabbed a piece of paper and held it out for me. It was a picture of a black wall with an alternating pattern of dark wood. There were lanterns hung on either side on the wood center. This must have been her inspo picture, and she was hitting it perfectly. The right wall was floor to ceiling bookshelves of matching stain. A small black metal chandelier was already hung from the ceiling. Black metal handles were on all the cabinets to tie everything together. “You did a great job!” Handing the paper back to her, she got a big smile on her face.

The largest bookshelf I have ever seen occupies the west wall with sprawling dark stained walnut and hand-carved little wolves at the top of either side. There is a large bay window in the center that overlooks a small, rocky pond. The urge to run to the nook and crawl in it with a blanket and just stare at nature for days is overwhelming. But I know better than to assume relaxation is on the list of things for me to do. I run my eyes along the south wall, noting the forest green walls and the stunning water paintings that make the whole thing grand. Opulent splashes of purples and dark blues create the night sky with speckles of gold mimicking the stars. Beautiful in its messiness.

They are all new and ranging from the simple slippers to wear inside to beautiful high heels which I have only seen in movies. There is a huge book shelf at the right wall which is so much huge and there are even books which I had only dreamt to read just a day ago. Then, a huge cupboard filled with some more books and the exotic plants followed by gigantic window with very beautiful wooden designs at the border. I love the color in the window and it is covered with red colored curtain. I don't love the red colored curtain but I am not in the position to hate it or complain about it. The fabric is just so expensive than all the dresses I have.

I was expecting to find used condom wrappers and dirty socks and boxers strewn across the whole place but the floor was so neat, the rug felt plush when I removed my shoes and I couldn't stop the urge to bury my toes in. So soft. Steel blue wallpaper decorated the walls and at one side of the room was a king sized bed in the middle, a wooden chest drawer by one side and a standing lamp at the other side. There was a door which probably led to the bathroom at the other side of the wall. A recliner was at one side and then a table that habited a laptop with arranged crayons in a cup. "Shut up." I let out when I see the little book shelf beside the table, taking notice of the latest release of

The bar stools for the island are made out of old whiskey barrels that also matches the custom made bookshelf that lines the wall in the living room. We each head to our rooms to finish decorating. My room has a queen sized bed with quilt that has soft neutral colors of grey and taupe which highlight the beautiful horses in the meadow among the green and golden trees. It has a decorative pillow that says ‘life is better with a horse’ and a picture of Beauty on it. I have my own personal bookshelf and a handmade braided juice rug that is light brown.

Her lips parted, her eyes wide with surprise. Because the room was already done. Soft, warm colors painted the walls, hints of gold and blush pink, soft greens and deep blues, a perfect balance of light and warmth. A plush rocking chair sat in the corner, beside a cozy little bookshelf filled with classic children’s books. A crib, handcrafted, elegant, and waiting. A soft rug covered the floor, and in the corner, a small easel sat, with blank canvases ready. She turned to me, her eyes wide. “Alex… what is this?”

Veronyka's voice was getting louder and louder each second that passed. Closing the door behind him, I circle my eyes aroung the room. Its style looked modern and aesthetic with the white painted walls and mahogany brown planks on the floor that certainly helped improve the ambiance. There was a large king-sized bed at the center, a vanity table at one corner, a big white fur rug on the floor and also a long, white couch positioned beside a tall bookshelf. I darted my eyes to the large volume of books filling that shelf which instantly made my heart flutter at the comfort of reading they were practically screaming to offer in my head. My eyed flickering in excitement.

the tourist exclaimed in one breath while taking a full circle across his one foot like a ballerina. "It truly evokes the charm of magnificent venetian interiors, with these muted wallpapers, dark wood furniture and romantic murals," the doctor showed a surprising amount of knowledge on interiors and aesthetics. On the left, there was a Baroque bookcase. "The book collection here, takes up the walls from the floor to the ceiling and you can spend days here going through an eclectic collection of books. They have a large variety of books ranging from mythology to nature," Dmitri guided the awe-struck tourist.

As I finished, I grabbed a water bottle and took a few sips. The claustrophobia was quick to get me, as I scanned the whole room, and it made me realize how gorgeous this room is. The pinkish-beige walls of the classic-style bedroom are decorated with great grace, and luxurious wallpaper with silk-screen printing with light furniture and textiles create a muted home atmosphere. A combination of textures that are similar in material and color is often used. At the same time, a more decorative layer is made in the form of a panel, of which there can be quite a lot.
