Chapter 15 Set Fire and Burn by Ruth Nalio I was wearing my slightly snug boot-cut jeans and my long-sleeved green cowl-neck shirt that enhanced my figure without making me look slutty. My shoes were reddish-brown booties with wedge heels that laced up. I just needed to pick Cellie and cart her out of here. It took a couple of minutes before her blonde head finally popped out of the door. My breathing spiked at seeing her and she looked so different with the books cradled to her chest and the blue suede bag slung behind her back. However, her outfit was as bold as always and my throat went dry at the sleeveless top that exposed her elegant shoulders and snatched waist, her jeans snug against her long legs.

But laughter sounds from both of us even as I manage to pull away from him. I take the outfit I’d already picked out earlier out of my closet and stuff it into my work bag. And a bomber jacket that I think would go well with my black combat boots. “Why are you packing it?” Ethan quips, making me jump when he suddenly appears behind me. “Why not wear it now?”

That certainly ain't no fucking nun costume! "What the fuck is she wearing?"
