The Bride He Never Wanted
“…I have to dress you as Master Ryan requested.”
That last part made my stomach twist.
She approached, holding out a dress. The moment I saw it, my brows shot up. “You’ve got to be joking,” I muttered.
It was short, ridiculously short, and so tight it looked like it was meant for someone half my size.
Still, she just smiled politely, waiting.
I sighed, grabbed it from her, and turned around to put it on. When I finally faced the mirror, I didn’t even recognize myself.
Before I could say anything, the woman stepped forward and opened a small makeup kit. “Just a touch,” she said softly, dabbing something on my lips.
