A man is kissing the neck of a woman whose blouse is slightly off her shoulder. “Blah,” I say and toss the book to the side. I actually think I’ve read it before.

I blurted crossing my arms in front of my knees on the floor. She jumped off the chair, “Yea! So this book is actually a Regency romance about this very arrogant guy that fell in love with his maid and then instead of trying to woo her, he comes at her in force. So barbaric!” I held my head in total conservation at her.”Sandy, it's just a book and the writer doesn't mean for you to develop headaches while reading it. It's simply for your pleasure” I demonstrated with my hands. She muffled her face into a dark grimace “This ain't pleasure. I like it when a man woos a girl and not force his way into getting her into his bed that is totally outrageous!”

she cocked her brow, her tone matter of fact. “Obviously not, but there has to be a middle ground between bed rest and insanity.” “There isn’t. That’s why bed rest sucks.” She settled into the chair beside the bed. “Want me to read to you? I found this absolutely terrible supernatural romance where the werewolf heroine falls for a vampire—” “That sounds awful.” “It’s amazingly awful. That’s the point.” She opened the book, clearing her throat dramatically. “Chapter One: The night I met Aire was the night everything changed…”

Love replied. “Okay love, what about me? Huh?” Belle asked wondering. “What do you mean, what about you?” Love replied. “Well I mean, do I also not strike you as a romantic? Do i strike you as the sexual type?” Belle asked eagerly. “Well Belle, if you must know, you’re never open about these things. You always talk about how much you hate and despise guys. How you think they are all so disgusting and disrespectful. Literally, no guy who has ever had a crush on you, didn’t end up getting crushed by you.
