Daisy begged as Eddie looked up and licked his dried lips. “Torque?” Eddie mumbled as I watched the light flicker in his eyes. For a moment, there was real clarity, but it was fleeting. “Torque,” Daisy leaned in closer so that her voice couldn’t travel any farther than our little circle. “Your alpha.” Eddie pounded his hands against his head again and shook violently. “Too much time. She is very excited that Eddie has found his mate. “I swear to fucking god if you scream one more time I am going to do something to you in your sleep.” Kendrick states. “I dare you.” Aliya snarks. I can tell that she is hesitant about this whole mate thing. She actually takes a step back when Eddie walks towards her. I can see the hurt in his eyes.
