She looked around as if someone was going to come to her rescue, but she did not manage to pull away from him being probably paralyzed by her own surprise. Bucky lowered his head, his eyes swept over the phone in Quetzal's hand, and when he saw the face of the manga character above, he raised his eyebrows. But in just a moment, he regained his usual composure: "Not the same." After speaking, Bucky turned and walked into the house. "Hey, look again..." Ruth said showing the doctor her badge as Erica allowed her enter the room to see the patient. She came along with Crane and Vera as Crane walked to Bonnie and carried her. "I'm here to interrogate the patient" Ruth said as she walked towards Peter and observed his arm. She glanced at Elena who smiled and silently said a hi to her. She just nodded her head and proceeded to Peter. "Peter Parker?" Ruth asked as Peter nodded while Vera jot down something. "Emm, Sheriff, I don't think this is a healthy thing to do now. He's just recovering" Erica protested.

Why did he lie about Peter being upset and not joining in on the celebration? As Peter stirred and regained consciousness, his eyes fluttering open, I held my breath, waiting for him to speak. His gaze met mine, a mix of relief and surprise flickering across his face. "Charia?" he murmured, his voice hoarse. Tears streamed down my cheeks as I wrapped my arms around him, unable to find the words to express my shock and concern. "Peter, what happened? Why would Ryder...?" He interrupted me with a weak, pained smile. "It's not Ryder's doing," he rasped, his voice filled with exhaustion. "It was someone else, someone, who wanted to make it look like Ryder was behind this."

Peter had a look of sudden realization on his face and quickly tried to make amends, "Mr. Zane, I'm sorry. Let me make it up to you by treating you to lunch later. Consider it my apology." Although Peter was apologizing to Xander, his creepy gaze never left Abigail. He continued, "Mr. Zane, I really thought you were the kind who didn't touch women. But now that I know you're not tired of playing with her yet, I'll wait a bit longer." "Mr. Ruddy, apologize to her right now!" Xander twirled the golf club in his slender fingers, his half-smile still masking his true emotions. Peter was taken aback at first, but then laughed and said, "Mr. Zane, we're partners. Peter's voice rang through the air. "Fuck you!" Andrei cussed in Russian, firing a dagger at Peter from his hiding spot. "Oh, you are way fucked than I am, Andrei!" With that, Peter released bullets nonstop. Even though Andrei was trying to avoid being hit, one of the bullets impaled his left arm. Peter smiled victoriously, thinking he had killed the big bad mafia Byki. That made Peter backpedal through the woods and run away. Fuck, he smiled…
