For a moment, everything felt easy again. Then a familiar car pulled up near the school entrance. My smile disappeared. Leon was behind the wheel. He rolled the window down. "Get in." I looked at Jaxton. He glanced at Leon before looking back at me. "You want me to walk you home?" I almost said yes.

Bryan was glad that the Camaro had bulletproof body paneling, but he knew for sure the muscle car wasn’t grenade-proof. Amy couldn’t believe that she was encountering an albino woman with an XF13 grenade launcher. After getting her concentration back, she made another attempt to pass the armored truck. She gasped and held her breath while pressing her foot down on the pedal as hard as she could. The armored truck attempted to swerve over on Amy, but she sent her Camaro roaring past the truck unscathed. The muscle car was now in front of the armored truck, and Amy saw herself in control of the situation.

I should’ve seen it coming, but even I didn’t think she was this stupid. Janie flew up from the chair in a rage and went after Elena, talons bared and teeth gnashing like something out of the wild. As he was about to walk forward, he saw a figure slumping down a few steps away from him. "A normal!" "Lucky me," he thought as he licked his lip. "Another soul added to my capsule."

Red said. Lola yelled, "You son of a b*tch!" "Enough of this a**hole! Come on, Blood Dogs!" Grim called out as he charged the Marshal, followed by Lola, Dax, Gunner, Stitch, and Red. But the second Grim's hand grazed the Marshal's arm, the lawman took out his sidearm and fired a single shot point-blank into his chest. I expected Grim to jump up the moment he hit the ground, but he didn't move.

He roared, “F*ck off!” Rumble! The glow formed into a terrifying beam of light and blasted toward the monster that Dark Shura and the zombies had a difficult time dealing with before. The monster’s chest was directly pierced by Tyr’s light beam. Before he had time to roar ferociously and struggle, it had turned into ashes. “A Mammet?” A mouthful of blood spurted out from Gargamel’s mouth, who was stupefied. “How could you… be a Mammet?”

Then he collapsed on the floor and shook before going still. Several arrows fell from the sky as Grim's men tried to make it back into the woods but the arrows were too fast for them. They flew and clawed on their body furiously before they lay still. Grim stared at Rose with fury in his eyes, he started to say something but a black arrow fell in front of him and blew up, sending him crashing into a sharp tree branch. He tried to move but the black smoke was entering sharply into his nostrils. He tried to pull himself free but he couldn't move. He stayed still, his neck bent in an unnatural angle.

Liam pouted and she blushed, hearing him call her babe. "Fine," she faked a frown. "You should smile, it makes you cute," he teased, resuming his work with his brush. "Are you saying I'm ugly?" Elena folded her arms, twisting her face in a funny way and Liam cackled, "Now this one is even worse." "Liam!" Elena shrieked, her high pitched voice filling his ears.
