Not entirely sure if they get formally named right away, but from what I recall, Chapter 1 introduces the central dynamic. There's this new kid—I think his name's maybe Leo or Leon?—who's clearly meant to be the protagonist we follow. He's on the receiving end. Then there's the guy in charge, the 'bully' of the title, who has this quiet, intimidating presence rather than being loud. Might be called Alex or something similar. The chapter spends more time establishing the atmosphere of the school's social hierarchy than giving full bios. You get a sense of the bully's lieutenants too, a couple of background characters who echo his menace. It’s less about introductions and more about establishing a mood of dread, focusing on the power imbalance through the new kid's eyes as he realizes who runs things.
The art style does a lot of the character work in those early panels, with posture and expression telling you everything before dialogue even starts. I’d have to double-check the specific names, but the roles are crystal clear from the jump.
