When I turn down the hall where my locker is located, I smack right into somebody else, “Oh my God!” A nasally voice grunts, and I close my eyes in disbelief. Putting out the cigarette in my hand into the ashtray, I walked out of my apartment and down the block to get something in the grocery store just across the street. Stepping into the store, I could see the place wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. Walking down the aisle to get the things I needed, I suddenly bumped into someone. “Damn it.” I cursed as my card went flying to the ground along with my phone. “I'm so sorry.” A low baritone voice said. The tone was deep and stomach fluttering but I wasn't affected by one hit and just glared up at the individual who had bumped into me.

She spoke louder and louder. Out of the corner of my eyes I could see someone recording with their phone. I stood up and got ready to leave and before I could take a step, Lucy called the attention of the security and ordered them to throw me out.

She got out of the carriage and walked to the hall. She stood at the entrance, feeling a bit nervous. She walked in further, trying to find Williams among the crowd. She had her eyes on the people on the right side of the hall when she bumped into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't looking way I was going." She apologized feebly. "It's okay. Are you lost?" The gentleman, who she had bumped into, said friendly. He wore a smile. "No, I am not. I'm looking for someone. He-." She said airily, still looking for Williams.

With the small bag in hand, I stepped back onto the sidewalk. As I walked back towards my apartment, my attention was briefly diverted when I felt something uncomfortable in my shoe. Bending down to investigate, I didn't notice the jogger coming towards me on the sidewalk. In my distracted state, I accidentally bumped into him, causing both of us to stop abruptly. "Oh, sorry!" I blurted out, looking up to apologize. But as my eyes met his, I couldn't help but be taken aback by his cold, brown-eyed gaze. His expression was devoid of any warmth, and my presence seemed to shock him. It was as if my accidental collision had disrupted his thoughts, leaving him momentarily speechless.

She’d only taken a few steps when she bumped into someone. The collision wasn’t hard, but it was enough to throw her off balance for a second. Before she could steady herself, a firm hand grabbed her arm, stopping her from falling. “You okay?” The voice came from close by, loud enough to cut through the music. Samantha quickly straightened up and pulled back just enough to reclaim her personal space. “I’m fine; it was just a bump,” she replied and started walking again, not wanting to drag it out. But then she felt the touch again—this time more deliberate.

The moment my eyes caught the oldie in front of me; the person I had bumped into, I raised an eyebrow. His mouth was widely open, which made me even more confused.
