In his hands, he held a massive basket of flowers that made me gasp in awe at the sight of the beautiful purple blooms.
"Wow!" I exclaimed, my excitement evident in my voice.
"You love flowers, don't you?" Jasper inquired with a charming smile.
I felt my heart swell with emotion as I replied, "Yes."
"I got these for you," he declared, gesturing to the flowers. "As long as you take care of them, they won't wither away."
As I examined them closely, I realized that the flowers were planted in baskets filled with mud, making them more than just a simple bouquet. They were a representation of our first date, a memory that would last as long as I tended to them.
