Burt Curtis Novels & Stories

Curtis suddenly felt a hint of unease when he heard me asking him like that. However, I didn't give him the time to think of an answer. I handed it straight to him instead. "That was because I gravely injured my leg while saving someone ten years ago. And since then, I've never been able to run as quickly as I used to. However, that same person called me a leech. Don't you think that's funny?" "That's impossible!" Curtis looked like he had just been struck by lightning. His fingers wouldn't stop trembling either. "That person couldn't possibly be you!"

"That Carl, man," Jack shook his head. "What a crazy fucker." The girl tossed her hair. Burt couldn't take his eyes off the lovely curves on her hips and tits. God, he hadn't fucked a hooker in years and years. If anyone had asked him what he would do in this situation, he would've said 'send her packing, I'm married'. But now his under-appreciated cock was twitching in his pants and he wanted so very much to stick it in this whore. At the same time he had a strange idea that he'd met this woman before. But where?

Cornelius stopped me. “Why didn’t you come to me then?” I shook my head. “I thought about it, but I never wanted to put you and your family in danger.” He seemed satisfied with that answer so I continued. “I eventually was out of options so I went to someone I thought could help me. I went to Michael Scott. He was responsible for Carter’s death, but he also had a good reason for it. The night Carter died one of Mike’s men had let me go, so I felt they might be able to help. Mike called Jensen to come from New York to help. Jensen was the one that let me go that night, but at first, he hated me because Carter was responsible for his fiance’s death.”

Curtis tried to keep subtle and only applied the perfume in trace amounts, Gwyneth could tell anyway. Moreover, Mrs. Curtis' early reaction made it obvious that her hunch was right, and she was quite keen to see how the couple would weasel their way out of this. After all, Mrs. Curtis did not lead the 'simple life' she claimed she did! With that in mind, Gwyneth asked evenly, "What's your monthly salary again, Director Curtis?" Her eyes were suddenly cold as she looked at the man, her thoughts inscrutable. "$50,000," Director Curtis answered grumpily but truthfully, having no other choice now. "But I have to pay $40,000 to foot my mother's monthly medical bills."
