"Golden Wave City? You've got a knack for picking projects." Noelle's eyes lit up. "Why? Is this one of this year's key initiatives?" Charles nodded again. "It's in the early stages. Brian's business trip this time is for this project." He spread the proposal open on the desk, pointing to some sections. "These are just preliminary plans. Have you gone through it?" Noelle shook her head. "I grabbed it randomly. I didn't even realize what I picked!" Sitting on his lap, she leaned forward to study the document intently. "When will it start?"
