I hired a team to serve the canapes and other finger foods. Not to mention my own range of personal desserts. The menu is my mischief. I designed the sweets and named them with a wicked smile. There are Break the Chain lemon tartlets with a sable so crisp it snaps in perfect silence. Fresh Start pavlova kisses… one-bite clouds with passionfruit seed popping scandalously on the tongue. Signed, Sealed, Delighted profiteroles dusted in edible gold. Freedom Bites. One mouthful-sized mille-feuilles stacked with caramel shards.

mommy asks me, and I didn't think it's too bad of an option, this looks to be the life of luxury. "I'm okay with it," I answer her honestly and she turn back to him with a smile. "We'll take your offer," mommy says, he had the biggest smile on his face then. "A round of champage please," he ask the waiter and mommy clears her mouth reminding him that I'm a little and not a switch, I shouldn't be having alcohol. "Two, and one sparkling apple," he says instead and mommy nods agreeing to his new choice. "Psttt...mommy...cookies," I whisper to her.

For drinks, there was champagne, soda, and water. There was an ice cream bar with numerous flavors since Myra had suggested it. And of course, there was the giant wedding cake. Freya spotted a bowl of jelly beans and discreetly put her hands into the bowl and pulled out a handful. She picked up a brown one that looked like toffee and nearly spit it out. “Groose. Earwax,” She thought. After everyone had eaten their fill, the chairs and tables were moved out. Someone started the music. Myra had gone out of her way and chose the latest pop songs.

A bit like marshmallow, but softer, with a hint of some unfamiliar fruit — not overly sweet — and inside was a crunchy nut. “What is this?” I asked with interest. “Prepedollies!” she replied cheerfully, already devouring her second — and my smile instantly faded. Of course. That’s why the name sounded familiar. Thoughts of Kays crashed back into my head, and my mood dipped, though luckily my companion didn’t notice — too busy enjoying the treats. “So… how long have you been working here?” I changed the subject, drawing a deeper breath to steady myself.

My likeness of her was long gone and I had no idea why. "We have so many flavors available today. We have the Vanilla Flavor, Chocolate Flavor, Strawberry Flavor, Butterscotch Flavor, Cake Batter Flavor, Chocolate Chip Flavor, Coffee Flavor, Rocky Road Flavor,Cookies and Cream Flavor, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Flavor, Black Raspberry Chip flavor, Mint Chocolate Chip Flavor and the Raspberry Ripple." She read from the computer in front of her and then released a sigh when she was done. She looked back up her very well practiced smile gracing her lips yet again.

I closed my eyes but never slept because all I could see was those deep black eyes that were darker than the universe. Days passed. We began to organise our team. We filled in all the documents and sheets that were given by the headboard. Chris was a technology expert. So things, we're easier for us. We also learned a lot about Camp Atlantis. This was not a mere teenage camp, it was a camp to train secret agents against illegal activists!!! This week completely changed our lives. We went for the lectures of the headboard to learn its history. We were trained with Marshall arts which we girls were weak. But to our consent, Jake was selected as the top warrior of the batch.

We’ve got an exciting itinerary filled with beaches, jungles, waterfalls and lots of smiles. I promise I won’t sound so sappy in the actual blog, but it’ll be fun to write (and hopefully to read) and Jamaica will be the topic of my first post.
