"Just great!" Tyler and Kyra turned to applause. Carl stood in the doorway with a black aura around his body. "My instincts never fail me. There is something different between the two of you," said Carl. Kyra and Tyler did not speak. Instead, Tyler approached Kyra. Carl walked out of the house. It looked at his succubus friend, who could not move and could speak. She was just looking at him.

“He can take care of himself. Come on, let’s go” He takes my hand and pull me out, we went downstairs. Dead bodies everywhere, some were Mike’s men and others are Alonzo’s. A gasp leaves my mouth when my eyes meets a familiar figure on the ground, it is Carl. He’s trying to say something and pointing, towards upstairs, I turn but there’s nothing there. Mike knees down and lean towards him. He whispers something in Mike’s ear, but I don’t think Mike grabbed whatever he was saying before he falls unconscious.

I thank him with a nod, and turn to witness the battle. Glenn doesn’t fuck around, and Judith doesn’t stand a chance, nor does she put up much of a fight. Within a minute, he has Judith on her back, and tears into her throat. Her death is quiet and quick. The air fills with the howls of a hundred wolves and the scent of werewolf blood. Carl’s fight never even takes off. Derek refuses to shift. Instead, he kneels and looks at me with sad eyes. “I submit to death,” he says. “Make it quick.”

I said out loud and heard Alarick chuckle. “Told you we don’t do that,” he replied and continue walking until we reach a big house. The three of us stopped and Convel walked past me to open the door. Alarick motioned his hand to let me in first, I am now having a lot of thought about what might happen inside. When I entered the house, I saw a lot of females walking around and aiding werewolves laying on the bed. The house looked like a room for aiding the wounded.

I looked and it was Carl, my second in command. “Sir, you should see this” he said with a bow. I stared at him coldly and walked past him. I got to the pack meeting room and saw the rest of my pack all seated. They immediately stood up when I walked in. “What’s the problem?” I asked coldly and sat down on the big chair. “Boss. Ermm... The vampires wanna make a deal. They have some really good stuff”, Carl said and I arched my brow. The ‘stuff’ they're talking about is actually cocaine.Don’t ask me questions, OK?!

Orville commands and the boys nod, each taking off in the direction of their assigned wing. Carl walked down the hallways, impressed by the luxurious setup right before his very eyes. There were a couple of larger-than-life portraits of Kyle and his family, all dressed up in their best Hollywood finery. Kyle looks good in a suit, Carl thought to himself, smiling shyly. He checked the first three doors on the left— Nothing. Getting bored, he started walking at a speed. Suddenly, Carl trips on an unknown object on the ground and bumps into a lion statue on his left, triggering some kind of trap door.

After that, I led Joyce back to our car. After the shopping spree, I chose not to let Walmart deliver the goods to my doorstep. Instead, I had the employees fill the car up with the food that I bought. After all, the neighbors would definitely suspect that something was going on if they were to notice the haul that I brought home.
