Turned (Book #1 in the Vampire Journals)

Turned (Book #1 in the Vampire Journals)

“It didn’t belong to him.” * Kyle walked down the red carpeted hallways, strutting through the thick crowd. He was annoyed, as usual. He hated crowds, and he hated Carnegie Hall. He had been to a concert here once, in the 1890s, and it had not gone well. He did not release a grudge easily. As he marched down the hall, the high collars of his black tunic covering his neck and framing his face, people made way for him. Officers, security guards, press agents – the entire crowd parted ways.

Our Billion-Worth Twins

Our Billion-Worth Twins

Did Catelyn not know David at all? Her eyes seemed to have betrayed her. … The theater room no.6 in Ringo Park would not typically open for the public; it was the hall that Janice had booked for herself. Catelyn and Cedrick could hear the sounds of a musical inside the hall from the classic 'Marry Popins'. A round of applause was heard after it ended. "Aunt Janice, where'd you manage to find these great musicals?" came the voice of a youthful-sounding boy, questioning. "The ones I used to watch were awful compared to these."

Fairytalelover
Dear Author I really love this story. However, I really don’t like reading books with 1000’s of chapters and the daily waiting, makes it drag out. Just a quick question is this book going to be ongoing for quite some time?
Mary Laughman

He walked with me, quickening the pace, placing his free hand on top of mine. It felt good to be in a boy’s arms. Despite everything that had happened that day, and the day before, I now felt as if I were walking on air. Jonah led the way as they fought through the thick crowd, towards “will call.” Carnegie Hall was absolutely packed. It was not easy getting there. It was a wealthy, demanding crowd, and everyone seemed like they were rushing to make the concert. I had never seen so many well-dressed people in one place. Most of the men were in black tie, and the women wore long evening gowns. Jewels glittered everywhere. It was exciting.

Ruin Me: Falling for My Best Friend’s Fiancée

Ruin Me: Falling for My Best Friend’s Fiancée

I felt like I had to whisper, like talking too loud would ruin it. A membership costs one hundred thousand euros a year. That alone should’ve told me what kind of world we’d just stepped into. Not one you casually walk through in heels and confidence. We wandered first, because how could we not? The library alone was something out of a fairytale—towering shelves stacked to the heavens, with rolling ladders you’d have to climb just to reach the top. There was a music room too, with a grand piano that looked like it had never known a single wrong note, and velvet chairs that made you want to sit and spill secrets. They even had stables. Actual stables. And a bar that looked like something out

Absolutely love. The twists catch you off guard and the emotions are high. I really love killians POV here & there too. The only bummer is there’s only 1 chapter update daily, instead of the 2 the author said there would be. I would k!ll for multiple chapters at once to binge read.
Mary
This book, the tension between the leads...️...️..., Playing Russian Roulette with her Pu***y is left me gasping, even the hall of mirrors those chapters just Live in my head, but the twists currently please someone kill Alessandra's father already .

The Mafia Princess

The Mafia Princess

The Mafia Empire. The world isn’t everything that we see. Just like how this concerto is just a front for the quasi-legal transactions that would follow soon after. “Come on, let’s go in before we all catch a cold.” I said and we entered Carnegie Hall. Carnegie Hall has been such a huge part of my musical life. I used to watch a lot of old videos of the great legends of 20th century such as Heifetz and Milstein and all those great violinists and I always seem to see this very Hall every single time in those documentaries and clips. It was just a dream of mine to see this Hall, to be inside the Stern auditorium and to be able to perform here.

Submitting To The Alpha Billionaire

Submitting To The Alpha Billionaire

“I have more than enough wraps…I could give you some and Barbara too.” Barbara rolled her eyes. “Not when I’m trying to get an autograph card. You should give me what you want to give to Kate.” Kate moved to the pantry, not wishing to engage in the discussion. From the pantry, she heard as Barbara chatted on excitedly. Kate sighed. *** Rockwood music hall was one of the largest public halls in New York. When Kim saw the crowds that trooped in, she wondered if the hall would contain them. “Drop your wraps with your name and number please,” a lady instructed them as they lined up.

Before Me

Before Me

I remember Derrick saying they had one here. As I walked down the hall I could here a faint sound coming from the end, the more I go closer, the higher it became. I walked till I got to where the music was coming from, I slowly turned up the door knob and I was greeted with the most amazing site ever. I slowly entered in fascination There was a glass door at the left side of the room, and behind the door was racks of books and novels. I still don't under why they put a Library and music room in the same place.

SOUL TANGLE

SOUL TANGLE

They wandered through hallways adorned with priceless artwork, their footsteps echoing against the marble floors as they moved from one exquisite space to the next. The first stop was the library, a sanctuary of knowledge and wisdom filled with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves lined with leather-bound tomes. The air was redolent with the scent of aged paper and ink, creating an atmosphere of quiet contemplation and introspection. Next, they visited the music room, where an array of instruments awaited their touch. Ayana's eyes widened in awe as she took in the sight of grand pianos, gleaming violins, and intricately carved guitars, each one a testament to Adam's passion for music.
