All we wanted was to be Jacob and Sadie and be free. I found a woman by the name of Doctor Riley Kim. She is a well-known Psychiatrist here in Baker with a hell of a reputation. She is also very expensive and hard to see. I got an appointment for Sadie and me two weeks after Sadie turns eighteen. We hoped she would work with us once we told her our situation. We needed her to see Sadie as a mentally healthy woman. We needed her to see how wrong Sadies reports were. The only thing we worried about was how the doctor could get ahold of Sadies records without giving our location away. It wasn't going to be easy, but we had to try something.

It was only he and his most trusted beta, Theo that had the highest authority to open the safe. He had not activated the self-destruction because he knew that no one would ever want to open his safe. But that isn’t how I want to do this. I man up and open the door. So far no one has stopped me. But I know there are Red Devils all over the place. I’m standing in a large entryway. Up ahead of me is a set of double doors I’m guessing leads to the rink arena. I look down to my right and I see a hallway with several doors that must be offices and supply rooms maybe. But the entryway is what I can’t take my eyes off. The room is wall to wall trophy cases and pictures. I go to the first case. Every trophy and metal were dated and has a picture in front of it. The first one I see is a second place metal. I look at the picture and read that it is Dax, Nixon and Sabine. Dax is Casper’s real name.

Luka asked me, cutting Katie's sentence, and I nodded unsure if my voice was clear or would sound like a croaking frog. Mr Daven hadn’t sat back down, he was standing by the desk with his jaw slightly gaped open. Katie slowly turned to me, her face had gone pale with so many expressions that I almost felt sorry for her… almost. “You.” She spoke quietly. “Cassie Hale, a wolfless omega… all three of them chose you?” “Katie.” Caspian’s voice was low with a warning tone. Biting her lip, she grabbed her bag from the floor beside the chair, tucked it over her shoulder, and walked out the door quietly.

After a while, a faint pain came from her stomach, and Cassie frowned slightly. Oh no, she forgot about it... Cassie was not afraid of anything. However, she was afraid of having her period because she would be in so much pain that she would wish she were dead. She covered her stomach and slowly got up to leave the basketball court and ran to the store at the school gate. However, what she did not notice was that there was someone following her... That she doesn’t look good on every other day?” She asked. Even though she had her back to them, Cassie could hear the displeasure in her voice.
