Leading My Family to Glory

Leading My Family to Glory

"Five hundred million dollars!" The corners of Tyr Summers’ mouth twitched hard. Could GPE get any pricier? "What about the Six Generals of the Orpheus?" Tyr propped another question. "Mr. Summers, there are only four generals left at the moment. They are Dark General, Star General, Moon General, and Shadow General. It just so happens that all of them are in Thailand now. "Given that you already know the hidden identity of Farrar, who happens to be the head of the Goult family but don’t know Golda's whereabouts, GPE only asks for fifty million dollars for Golda's exact location.

AFTERGLOW | Feralis Series No. 1

AFTERGLOW | Feralis Series No. 1

"But what if she actually passes?" “That would be surprising, yet expected at the same time. She’s Sir Killian’s daughter after all, and is currently trained by His Grace," another one said, the tone of the voice similar to the one who commented. I clamped my hand over my mouth to stop myself from cursing and managed to repress a sigh as well. Killian here, Killian there, Killian everywhere! Why don’t they just freaking find their goddamn General if they looooooove him that bad? Screw being his daughter.

I really liked this book. Too bad it ends after 36 chapters and hasn't been added to in a couple of weeks. If y'all want people to pay to read your books, at least write something. This is the second book, this has happened with. I think I'm done with good novel.

Great story!! refreshing to read something different then other books on good novel. loved the complexity of the worlds and characters. would have been nice to have it a bit longer, and more lucas scenes, but still greatly enjoyed it. looking forward to the next book!

She just kept an eye on him and wiped his forehead with a towel from time to time to hasten his recovery. ________________________________ “WHAT’S the meaning of this?” The general enragedly angry. “D-dad?” In shock, the young lady hugged her boyfriend’s waist from the side. “Let go of my daughter!” The General yelled as he yanked her away from the boy. “Dad, please! Let us go! We love each other!” The General fixed his gaze on her. “He’s just taking advantage of you! He’s a gold digger!” “It isn’t true, Sir! I really love your daughter, I’m not interested in your wealth,” the boy explained.

By the time I got there, my girl was now standing at the top of the next flight of stairs. On and on this went until I reached the top floor. Though I could not see my girl anymore, I did hear the sounds of a struggle. I ran into the room where I had first seen her lovely face looking down on me through the window, and there was Jean and the General. The daughter was wearing the Hannya mask and had a knife to her father’s throat. From this angle, it looked as though the mask was sad, but once I entered and she faced me, the mask’s face became furious.

The Heir and the Dragon

The Heir and the Dragon

She felt it looked distasteful. A few minutes later, a fussy weepy Lady Lucia put Astra in the carriage and Sal took the spot at the front with the horses and the coachmen. The General was giving him strict instructions instead of saying goodbye to his daughter. Summer kept her eyes away from Maven as he gave Astra a brief hug. The General suddenly appeared in front of her. "Summer. I trust you to keep my daughter safe. With your life." he said sternly without a flicker of emotion.

The President Daughter

The President Daughter

“Second slap is for the way you treated Lydia, Why did you hate her so much? She was a good, well-behaved, and brilliant woman!” Kelly rolled her eyes hearing Lydia's name. “The third slap…” Grandpa’s nostrils flared. “...was for the company. Clinton, what the hell is wrong with you?” Clinton remained quiet, confused. “Talk to me!” Grandpa roared, his voice slicing through the air like a whip. Kelly flinched. Clinton’s throat went dry. “I had no idea about Lydia being…” He trailed off, unable to form the words. Grandpa’s grip on the shears tightened. “She’s President Zander’s daughter, you fool! The daughter of the most powerful man in this country! And you let her go?”

The Daughter They Traded Away

I just looked him in the eye and smiled. “You already made up your mind for everyone. So who exactly is this ‘let me choose’ performance for? The reporters? Or the people you do business with?” Seraphina blinked fast. She stepped closer, grabbed my father’s arm, and let her voice break at just the right moment. “Brielle, do not speak to Dad that way. He only worries about you. He is scared that no one will ever marry you.” Her voice carried just enough for the nearby tables to hear. Someone nodded along. Someone let out a sigh. Someone mumbled that the older daughter was so kind and thoughtful.

Lost City at Sea

Lost City at Sea

“Well, don’t you think she bears a strong resemblance to the general’s daughter?” “What? The general’s daughter? No, not all! The general’s daughter is much younger and ties her hair in two short braids, not one long one. She’s not as strong as this one; she can’t possibly lift a brick! Besides, the general always locks her up in her room, guarded by thirty soldiers, so she wouldn’t be able to run away from home,” “But she might have made an escape!” “That’s not possible. The place is heavily guarded. Even if she did, the general wouldn’t have time to do anything about it. Nor would he care,”

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

Outside the pink misty sky of the planet rushed in. The General did not look angry. She looked excited. "Amazing!" she shouted over the wind. "You killed yourself to break the lock! You truly are the version of us!" She jumped at June. The red scalpel moved fast through the air. June ducked. The blade missed her neck by an inch. She grabbed the Generals arm. For a second they were locked two identical women fighting. "Why are you doing this?" June cried. Her muscles hurt. She could feel the Generals heart beating through her arm. It was fast and irregular.
