The Tycoon's Forbidden Desire

The Tycoon's Forbidden Desire

The Engineering of the Seed-Ship The Genesis was a masterpiece of dual-heritage engineering. Its core contained a dormant fragment of the 1956 Rose, housed in a containment field designed by the brightest Vanderwall minds. Surrounding it was a library of every "Certified Fresh" story, song, and poem ever recorded—the Vance contribution to the mission.

My Fictional Alpha and Me being his Luna for real?!

My Fictional Alpha and Me being his Luna for real?!

Fresh blood scented the air; something small and furry had found it earlier. “Poachers,” he growled low. “Or Crimson scouts. Either way, we’re not alone.” I swallowed. “How many?” “Enough to set more than one.” He scanned the ground, then the trees. “Stay close. Step exactly where I step.” We moved slower after that, Genesis testing every patch of ground with a stick before committing weight. I copied him, heart in my throat. Every rustle felt like death waiting to pounce. We found the second trap an hour later: a tripwire stretched across a game path, connected to a net of weighted branches overhead. Genesis cut it with a claw, let the net crash harmlessly to the ground.

all the troops replied. “I am counting on you.” Captain Rian whispered to Genesis. Genesis took a big jump from the vantage point which is above the gate, and landed on its front. “Uh.. Never thought I would be facing an interesting being today.” Genesis sighed while stretching. [The wagon is approaching 10 meters away from the Sewers Gate.] “Man! I’m getting old for this kind of stuff. I thought they could handle the situation.” Genesis’s expression while scratching his neck. “It’s been a while since I fought something I’ve never had any information from its whereabouts.”

Genesis

Genesis

Her strawberry blonde hair, usually a wild halo, seemed to literally bounce around her face, framing those wide, baby blue eyes that were practically shining with all the excitement of a kid on Christmas morning. I just shrugged, nudging a stray oat flake with my spoon. “Meh.” Her bouncing stopped abruptly, as if I’d hit a secret off-switch. Her eyes rounded, going full anime-disbelief. "Meh? Meh?! How could you be so cavalier about doing something so monumental? I mean, today we get to practice magic, Genesis! Not just read about it in dusty old textbooks or memorize endless lists of spells and potions. This is the real deal!"

The oracle asked as Aubrey stared directly into her bright eyes, despite feeling hurt by the brightness, he just couldn't resist the complete calmness he could feel from her eyes. "As I said before and I will say it again." Aubrey cleared his throat as he clenched his fists, hardly having enough patience to contain his excitement into revealing who his soulmate was going to me. "I fully accept-" "Before you continue, Aubrey, we gods and goddess need to explain the dangers of finding your soulmate." Zeus interrupted Aubrey who glanced at him with brows knitted together.

One Night With Mr Billionaire

One Night With Mr Billionaire

Genesis was caught unawares. She glanced at Richard and his gaze was fixed on her. He wasn't cautious but allowed his eyes to remain glued on her. "Yeah, sure I am your godmother now" Genesis announced. The picture of the cute Eli was sent to social media. And quickly, it went viral. Amelia Hudson saw it and was dazed. This little boy must be her grandson from Chase. She hasn't been able to talk Chase into taking a wife. He always has a way to wiggle his way out, using Jace as an excuse. He would claim that since Jace, who was older, hasn't been married, he still wants to wait until his brother does.

Juana Cabrera
There are too many holes in the story, we never find out why Clara's "cousin" was trying to kill Jace nor what happened to him, we never learn why Susan was estranged from her family nor why she kept Arianna from them and we never find out what happened to Daisy, Emily, Elisa and Ned Jason

Nice story but way to rushed and too many grammatical errors. I was very disappointed with the ending....I would have liked to read about Arianna and Jace's wedding...it would have been nice if it ended after the baby was born so they could have finally given Eli the baby he so desperately wanted.

, Dante would also pretend to understand what was going on and respond with a, "That's cool." Genesis was in a bright mood until she felt someone's gaze burning the side of her face and she turned only for her eyes to meet ones that she had not seen in years. Air got trapped in her lungs and she now found it hard to inhale. Out of all the people from her past, he was the least person that she had expected to find her. And as she stood there, staring at his hard face, she knew that everything that she had been running away from all these years had caught up with her.

WILD DESIRES TAMELESS HEART

WILD DESIRES TAMELESS HEART

The plan to intercept the "Seed-Satellite" required a level of precision that even the Iron Claw miners found daunting. They had to retune the Genesis-Vein in the Grey Barrens to act as a massive solenoid—a magnetic coil that could reach into the ionosphere and "grab" the metallic signature of the Council’s backup.

PATIENT ZERO -The lone survivor

But Genesis wasn't frozen. The synthetic mutant’s blank visor snapped toward Baraka. It’s tracking me, Baraka realized in a split-second of absolute horror. Because the UN had recorded his Overclock telemetry, they had programmed Genesis’s neural network to process visual and bio-electric data at the exact same superhuman speed. Genesis didn't just block the punch; it caught Baraka’s glowing violet fist in its open, graphite-plated palm. The kinetic shockwave of the impact shattered the ground beneath them, blowing a ten-foot crater into the dirt dojo, but Genesis’s arm didn't even buckle.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ending of 'Catching Genesis' is one of those bittersweet moments that lingers in your mind long after you finish reading. Genesis, after struggling with her identity and the weight of her past, finally confronts the antagonist in a climactic showdown that’s both emotionally charged and physically intense. The resolution isn’t just about victory—it’s about her acceptance of herself and the scars she carries. What struck me most was how the author didn’t shy away from leaving some threads untied, making it feel more real. Life doesn’t always wrap up neatly, and neither does Genesis’s journey. The last scene with her walking away into an uncertain future felt like a quiet rebellion against typical happily-ever-afters.

I also loved how the side characters got their moments too, especially her best friend, who’s been the rock throughout the story. Their final conversation was raw and heartfelt, reminding me of my own friendships. The book doesn’t spoon-feed you answers about what happens next, and that ambiguity is part of its charm. It’s like the author trusts readers to imagine the rest, which I appreciate. If you’re looking for a clean-cut ending, this might frustrate you, but if you enjoy stories that mirror life’s messiness, it’s perfect.
