Acacius’s eyes widened at that, but he said nothing. “ And what was the name of the dragon who sired you?” Calypso asked. “ I believe his name was Caelus ,” Kronos responded. “ The one known as The Dragon of the Beyond. Supposedly he was from the Western half of the world.” Nobody said anything at first. Rain drops began to sprinkle. After a moment, Acacius spoke. “ Those were the names of my parents as well.” Kronos and Calypso fixed their gazes in him, mouths slightly agape.

"I'm sorry for your loss. It sounds like you really miss him." "Dreadfully. My Raiden. My soul. My mate." I had heard Thane say that once before. "Mate?" She blew out a heavy breath. "Life partner. Chosen by our dragon counterpart. Dragons are sterile before they choose their mate." "How is mating different than sex?" The words fell out of my stupid mouth before I could stop them. "Nevermind." My face was red hot, and nothing slipped by Katarina's intense gaze. She arched an elegant brow. "What are your motives with my son, Evelyn?"

But the celestial guardians stood firm, their celestial flames ablaze with determination. Luna stepped forward, her celestial light radiating with unmatched brilliance. She called upon the power of the celestial network, channeling its energy into a dazzling surge that surrounded her and her pack. The celestial bond that connected them amplified, intertwining their celestial flames into an all-encompassing inferno of celestial might.

I step past him and return to the balcony. Below, the dragons shift restlessly as the wind grows stronger. Storm clouds gather across the horizon. Perfect. Even the sky feels it coming. “She is the bridge,” I continue quietly. “The living key between realms.” The captain swallows. “Yes, my lord.” “And if she stands with Aurelion… then his reign becomes eternal.” Silence. “Which,” I say softly, “is unacceptable.” My gaze drifts toward the distant valley where the first faint glimmers of dragonfire appear against the night sky.

It was information overload. However, I still can’t believe I’m one of the chosen Celestial Zodiacs- the twelve individuals selected by Archgoddess Lumia to entrust the fragments of her magic and power. The Archgoddess of Sky chose us to be the guardians of order and peace in the world of magic called Celestia. Celestia, according to Archmaster Leonard, was in a great distress and chaos for almost a century and until now, destruction continues to siege the land. In addition to what I’ve known earlier was that I am the Cancer of the Zodiacs. And I am not merely a mage because I am the daughter of divine royalties - a fact that is hard to believe for me.

Maxime smiled faintly and said, “Don’t worry, this is a chance! It’s not a disaster.” “A chance?” Everyone’s hearts skipped a beat when they heard the answer. “That’s right! Helsby Mountain is the beginning of all Celestial Empire mountains and the birthplace of Dragon’s terrain,” Maxime explained. “This Dragon’s terrain is hidden behind the Devil’s Eye.”

There were other races that shared this fate, the phoenixes being one of them. Now, the Star of Salazar was referred to as the slithering dragon because of the history and origin of the dragons. It was said that this particular star was a dragon from ancient times that had ascended into the clouds and become a star, and that when it had grown bored and tired of being alone, it had birthed others that looked like it – dragons, drakes, serpents and even snakes. It was the reason why some believed that a snake could become a serpent, and that a serpent could transform into a dragon. While there was some truth in this, it was not completely accurate. However, the Azure Dragon of the east constellation was surrounded by stars from all directions, indicating a dire situation! Combined with the name "Dragon's Hill", it was evident that to open the stone door, they needed to resolve the crisis in the east constellation. Specifically, the Azure Dragon's predicament.

This marked the inception of the first civilization, and he began spreading his teachings. During his world travels, Celestial Drago encountered supernatural beings who had independently mastered heavenly arts through their own training—these were the monsters. Recognizing the difficulty of harmonious coexistence between monsters and humans, Celestial Drago created an isolated space, now known as Verdant Summit, attracting many monsters to breed.
