“Higher!” Poppy pointed at the crown of her head. “I want the ponytail here. The CEO one.”
“CEO ponytail?” Hazel murmured, resting her elbow against the window. “Who taught her that term?”
“Daddy,” Poppy answered instantly. “Daddy says high ponytails are ‘bossy hair.’”
“Daddy also says CEOs don’t yell at their stylists,” I added, eyes still on the road. “If you yell again, Mommy will ask Salma to cut your hair short like Daddy’s.”
