It’s so beautiful, I start skimming the first few pages seeing simpler spells like, blindness spell, forgetness spell, protection spell, as I keep scanning each page the spells get more and more complicated. “What did you find?” Creed asks when he gets up to me. “My mothers spell book… there are some very complicated spells In this.” I whisper out loud. I leaned over and brought it out. Dusting away the dirt on it, I glanced at the book. Its cover was black leather, etched with sigils that pulsed faintly as if alive. “Spell of forbidden magic,” I read out loud. Dark magic. Forbidden magic. It was the same kind of spell I was sure Darius used on me.
