Chasing my Luna

Chasing my Luna

Chapter 95 – The Edge of Twilight The vast plain stretched endlessly before them, bathed in the golden light of dawn. Yet even as the sun climbed higher, casting long shadows across the land, an unnatural chill seeped into the air—a reminder that peace was fleeting, fragile as glass on the verge of shattering.

The Heiress Return: A deal with the Billionaire Devil.

The Heiress Return: A deal with the Billionaire Devil.

IVY The sun is sinking low, painting the horizon in shades of orange as we step off the yacht. The dock creaks beneath our feet, the boards warm from a day of heat. Kathryn and Elena flank me on either side, laughter bubbling from the three of us as we replay something Chase said earlier. Or rather, the way he said it—so dramatic, and unnecessarily serious. Chase walks a few steps ahead, hands shoved into his pockets, pretending not to hear, his shoulders stiff. If ignoring people were an Olympic sport, he’d be dripping in gold medals right about now.

Billionaire Passions & Scandals

Billionaire Passions & Scandals

Chase stirs awake from his large bed, the glistening rays of the early morning sun finds it's way through the halfway drawn curtains unto himself on the bed. As a bird chirped outside his window, Chase turns his head to see what breed it was only for it to fly away. As though it'd fulfilled it's purpose - to get him out of bird. Somehow Chase is in a very good mood. He hums and prepares himself for a day at work. While geling his hair, he's all smiles, and very busy making impressions.

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

There was another glimpse of her bizarre sense of humor, which made her seem normal and not movie starish. In Sundance, Chase pulled his sweatshirt hood over his head. “You’ll have to go inside and load them up.” “Why can’t you help?” “Family. Fans. I’m on the down low, remember?” “What exactly am I slathering on these dogs besides chili?” “Mustard. Onion. A couple of squirts of that fake cheese.” Chase dug a crumpled twenty from his front pocket and pressed it into her hand. “And anything else that strikes your fancy.”

As I look at my year in review, this author and book collection has been monumental in reigniting my hunger for reading. I can't track most of the books from this app easily for my year end count but in my heart this book means the most. I wish I could buy a printed version of each of these. .........

Love this well written book! Thoughts & emotions are conveyed beautifully! The author makes you feel like you know the characters intimately w/o being excessive or mundane. Hot & steamy w/o crude vulgarity! I wish we could give gems at the end of chapter but that’s the app, not the author’s fault.

Stepsister, You're My Mate

Stepsister, You're My Mate

Chase suddenly asked, he had grown serious in a second and his eyes were staring at her, the concern conspicuous. Ana decided to stop the banter and actually talk about the incident. She had no idea what actually happened back there and she wanted to know. Chase could tell her. " I don't know. I was just sitting there watching the sunrise and the next minute, wolves are rushing up at me and then one gets in front of me, as if... as if trying to rescue me" she said in what was almost a whisper. Since the room was quiet, Chase could hear her. " I was trying to save you" he responded in a whisper of his own.

FLUX

FLUX

Jack swerved and another shot missed them. The chase went on as the city fell away. The solar towers reappeared, dotting the desert with their dark shadows. The ocean popped up on their left as they sprinted over a rise. Their attackers still pursued. Two shots, both at the same time rang out and this time it was followed by a metal ping and a sharp pain to Jack's calf. The bike dipped as Jack regained his focus. Warm blood trickled down his leg. He ignored it and kept the engine at top speed. Finally, after thirty more minutes of chasing and twenty more bullets, the pursuers gave up and spun back around to their city. Jack sighed in relief and sat back up. Lexi relaxed back against him as t

DIRTY DESIRES

DIRTY DESIRES

'How did it happen? 15 YEARS AGO... The sun sets in over the horizon rising above the ocean. Its glitters and gold stretch beyond the veil of black infinity reigning in the west. The pleasant sunset and the calm whisper of the wind humming through the place make everything looks peaceful and serene. Chaise visited one of his lands that he planned to turn into a farm for crops and livestock. Wearing his sunglass, Chaise's gaze travel the vast grassland when his eyes caught a handsome 15-year-old boy who had gone astray from his land. Standing under the giant tree at the top of the mountain. The glowing sun burning in red illuminated a quivering path across the water. The young boy had quietly

CHASING HIS DEAD LUNA

CHASING HIS DEAD LUNA

“Eight minutes.” “Move faster,” Adrian said, and Cassian moved faster, and the city blurred past the windows and I gripped the edge of the seat and tried to breathe and thought about Eli’s face this morning, pale against the pillow, asking me if we were safe now. I’d told him yes.

The Brilliant Second Life of Doctor 'Vicious' Harper

The Brilliant Second Life of Doctor 'Vicious' Harper

The sunlight highlighted every detail of his perfect profile. His clear, dark eyes seemed to hold ancient mysteries, radiating a subtle, dangerous charm. Harper found herself staring, captivated. He curved his lips. “Good-looking?” Snapping back to reality, she mimicked his earlier tone, nodding. “A feast for the eyes.” He smiled, a dark glint in his gaze. “Enjoy.” She mentally cursed him—so shameless… Chase didn’t notice, smirking devilishly, pressing the accelerator. The car shot forward.
