He laughed, and pulled me down onto the steps beside him, our shoulders touching, the fountain going quietly in front of us, and for a minute neither of us said anything at all, just sat there in the ordinary noise of a city morning, and I thought about how rare this was, how much of our whole history had happened behind closed doors and careful walls, and how strange it felt to just sit somewhere in the open with nothing to manage.

I had reached out but I couldn't hold his hand. And then I was falling into an abyss, the man's face was becoming a blur, it became too blurry until my eyelids were completely closed. And then I had the power to open my eyes again. This time, it wasn't in a dream, it was reality. I woke up to the sun shining through the window. I raised my hand up to block the sun rays. It felt like the sun had landed right on my roof. I couldn't even see well. Judging from the depth of the hot sun, it was close to mid-afternoon. That meant I was late.

"You're worth being chased, Troy." "And you're also worth chasing back, Abigail." I grinned and joined Abigail in dancing to the beautiful agony of the song once more. I am unable to control my emotions on my own, and I don't want this night to end without expressing my whole love for my cherished wife. I still want to pursue my treasure till my soul soars and my body burns to ashes, even if we stopped chasing one other years ago.. Chasing her back was the best decision I've ever made in my entire life. And I have no regrets; she made me happy and gave me the unexpected love I couldn't ever imagine.

I wanted to chase that feeling. Akin to a honeybee as it flitted from flower to flower in search of pollen, I started to chase the warmth of the sunshine. I hadn’t even realized I was beginning to climb out of the pit of despair till the wails softened, and I could hear and feel more. I could hear Delilah’s voice but didn’t understand the context. Why would she plead for someone not to be mad? Those beams of sunlight I’d been chasing went from little rays of light to crashing through the darkness surrounding me. The wails were gone when the last shred of darkness disappeared under the sun’s brightness.

XIMENA POV— “Why is this cursed being here?” “She brings bad omen—“ Not the harsh words of people stopped me from running, the scent I was tracing growing thicker with each second that passed. I made my way to the market where hundreds of people were, and like one in trance, I began pushing my way through the crowd, I heard lots of people curse at me. It felt like there was this great prize which the crowd surrounded and the prize was mine. The feeling was bigger than winning a million gold coins, it was better.

It was indeed amusing to watch my son's every reaction from reluctance to the sun on his face. Oh, God. I would definitely miss these in the future. Then my gaze shifted to the person next to Austin. Our son seemed to be entertaining him as well. He laughed freely, intensifying the bright atmosphere. Then, it suddenly hit me. This is exactly my dream.

She let out a deep sigh, her eyes gazing out the window. * Moonstone Pack The car came to a stop at the palace entrance, and Elisa’s eyes widened as she took in the sprawling estate. The Moonstone Pack’s headquarters dwarfed Ravenwood pack in size and grandeur. Elijah opened the door, and Elisa stepped out onto the polished asphalt, her gaze sweeping across the familiar landscape. The palace’s imposing facade, with its tall spires and gleaming stone, seemed unchanged. However, the increased security presence was striking, the guards patrolled every corner, a testament to the pack’s formidable power.

"Bye, Ares! We'll see you later!" He turned his head once to Luna, who was waving her hand. As if the two understand her, Scarlet out a loud roar and a little bark from Lunar— or rather, he was trying to imitate the cry from Scar. The girl could no longer see the smile that flashed on his lips as he entered the car. Before he could finally start the engine, he glanced at them again and saw the three chasing each other under the setting sun and crescent newly awaken moon. Willam smiled from a distance and gave a silly salute before calling Luna and guiding her to the other side of the garden.

It was the happiest he had seen his father in years. How could Mackenzie hide such a source of joy away from them? Away from his family? His rage lit up like a match in his stomach again, and he fought to suck in deep breaths to put the tiny flame out before it turned into a whole burning bush. Chase stopped by the sea shore and stared into the horizon. The soft wind blew past his face, the breeze rustled his silk locs of hair, along with the leaves on the trees. The sun above was setting and looked beautiful. It was like every normal bright and sunny day.

"Yes" He swoops me off my feet grinning, twirling me around while I giggled. He places me back on my feet. "Good. Now let's go make babies" "What?" I laugh. THE END!!!
