I nodded. "Yeah, I have never seen these many stars in New York either."
"Do you recognize constellations?" Cameron asked, and when I shook my head, he beckoned for me to shift sidewards, and when we were out of the vicinity of the tree's shade, Cameron reached a hand out, patted and flattened the sand, and laid down on it. Patting the place next to him, he gestured for me to do the same. I laughed at him, and then did the same. He slid his left arm under my head for support.
