Claimed by a Dangerous Man

Claimed by a Dangerous Man

The scent of Terre D'Hermes emanating from his body added to the conviction that this man was really the one who kissed me in front of the elevator earlier. The realization woke me up. Suddenly, the atmosphere around us was noisy as a woman received the misdirected bullet. The man quickly stood, searching for the shooter, slipping on the sunglasses he’d dropped. Things got noisier as the two of them clashed guns. Wait, this charming man was also playing with a gun? People screeched as the sound of explosions came from their weapons. Some ran for their lives and others hid wherever they felt strong enough. “Get down!” he yelled at me. The Baldy was still attacking us. The handsome man picked

Dangerous Desire

Dangerous Desire

“Don’t let it take me…” Lena held him tighter. “I won’t. I promise.” Alexander grabbed her arm sharply. “We have to MOVE. Now.” Elias pulled the cabin door wide, scanning the tree line. “South ridge. There’s movement.” Snow shook from branches as another roar rolled across the forest—closer this time, vibrating through their bones. Jay whimpered, curling against Lena. “It’s hunting me…” Alexander growled: “No. It’s hunting HER.” Elias corrected quietly: “No. It’s hunting them both.”

Deadly Game

Deadly Game

I yelled, helping Malakai secure his right hand around the rungs. With a final, desperate burst of adrenaline, we climbed. The wind threatened to rip us from the lines, but the primal will to survive kept our grip iron-clad. The moment our bodies rolled onto the metal floor of the helicopter bay, the doors slammed shut, and the aircraft pitched violently forward, disappearing into the safety of the storm-clouds. ****** Malakai POV The world was fading into a dark, blurry vignette.

Taming the Dangerous Alpha

Taming the Dangerous Alpha

I feel it sticking to my skin. Thick. Hot. My wolf enjoys it. Yes. Enjoys it. There is savage satisfaction in the way he moves. In the brutal efficiency of the killing. Meanwhile I remain trapped behind him, powerless. Time dissolves. Minutes stretch like hours. Bodies collapse across the forest floor. Howls fade. The sounds of battle thin out until only ragged breathing and the smell of blood remain. Eventually the last enemy wolf falls. Silence spreads slowly across the battlefield. Only then does my wolf relax.

Falling for Danger

Falling for Danger

“Do it. You’ll be dead before you hit the ground.” We stood frozen. I couldn’t breathe. Then—* A click. But not from Graham.* From behind him. “Drop the gun,” Maya’s voice rang out. Graham stiffened. His head turned, just enough to see the barrel of a pistol pressed to the back of his skull. He cursed under his breath. “Now,” she said. He dropped it. Jillian moved quickly, grabbing the gun, yanking Graham forward by the collar, and slamming him against the wall with a force that made my bones rattle.

The Unwanted Sister's Alpha King

I could sense their strategy shifting, and my senses sharpened, honing in on them as their intensity grew to its peak. In a final climactic moment, the triplet alphas suddenly halted, eyes gleaming with a shared understanding. For a split second, everything was terrifyingly still, the world hanging in the delicate balance between the fierce action that had unfolded and the explosive burst that was about to come. All three lung at me at the same time; their combined power aimed straight for me. And as the crowd held its breath in anticipation, I prepared for the impact, knowing this was the moment that would decide everything.

I'm glad i stuck it out. yes, the book is long, and at times, it does drag on, but what the author did, they did justice to the story itself. unlike most books, the endings are always a letdown. this author knew how to conclude it. continued in comments

It is a long book but I didn’t feel like it dragged out because it was so full of details and the author made sure to tie up any loose ends so it didn’t leave you wondering. Will definitely be sticking around for the fantasy version of it.
